Apartment inside a courtyard, good space outside and inside. 3 km from the city center. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room with dining area, sofa and daybed. TV with Apple TV, where there are many channels installed. Otherwise, a rich selection of movies on DVD/Blu-ray. Bedroom with double bed, daybed in living room can be turned into a double bed. High chair as well as cutlery, cup and dish/bowl for small children available. Wi-Fi Extra bed can be placed in the living room if a 5th bed is required. Sentrumsnært, men alene i endevei med fin utsikt og rolige omgivelser. 2 stuer, 1 bad, 1 do, stor uteplass med tilgang på grill (sommer) og bålpanne! Eget vaskerom. 5-7 min med bil inn til sentrum. 1 rom er privat og vil være avlåst. Soverom 1: 150 seng Soverom 2: 180 seng Soverom 3: 120 seng Soverom 4: 120 seng. Viktig: vi har hund, så noe hundehår er ikke til å unngå.

Matbutikk finnes like i nærheten og det er ca 12 min kjøring til Steinkjer sentrum. Har en rolig katt som har eget rom i huset (vaskerommet) med egen inngang. Ett soverom med 180cm seng, ett soverom med 160 cm seng, to soverom med 120 cm seng. Her finnes en hage med muligheter for fotballspilling eller andre aktiviteter. Tre sittesoner ute.

Spacious and rustic house by the farm. The house is located in quiet and rural surroundings close to Kystriksveien/Fv17 (300m) and E6 (1.5 km). Here you can hear cowbells and observe the work on the fields. We have dairy cows (about 30) and are engaged in egg production (15,000 hens). From the kitchen and living room windows you may be lucky to see moose grazing on the land. The house is well suited for long-term stays.
