Home was beautiful and backyard was very nice looking. The pool was enjoyable and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Went with a group of 8 and it was spacious enough for everyone!

Our stay was wonderful! This little gem was such a pleasant surprise to find. The villa is beautiful and is just a few steps away from a private beach. If a romantic getaway is what you are looking for or for a secluded relaxing stay, this little slice of paradise will fit the bill.

This place was magic. It is run like a well oiled machine. Extremely well maintained, and this place is a a castle. Castles are a lot of work to maintain. Our host was absolutely wonderful. Easily one of my top 3 favorite places to stay. We will absolutely be back. I’m excited to check out the wellness offerings and retreats on our next visit. 10/10 recommend!

The very steep Hill getting in and out of Tranquilo was daunting. It was challenging to either walk or drive for the older folks. My children and grandchildren ran up and down without any problem.

This is a great apartment near an excellent beach, with responsive hosts. Our family of 4 had everything we needed. The beds and all furniture were comfortable and in good shape, the kitchen was well equipped, the ACs worked well (though they weren't needed much of the time), and the beach chairs were great. We spent a lot of our time on the beach -- the waves were sometimes a bit rough, but within our 4 days there we had plenty of opportunities to snorkel, swim, and relax in the shaded nooks along the beach. Water shoes are good to bring here, because of the rocks and reefs at the water's edge. Janelle and Evan were very responsive to our occasional questions. The only downside was that there was a lot of construction noise in the neighborhood during our whole stay, most days starting at 6:30 or 7am. Janelle was great about contacting neighbors to ask them to keep the noise down in the early morning, but there was only so much she could do. Overall, still a great stay!

Wandy was an amazing host. She went above and beyond with the design, accommodations and attentiveness to all of our many questions. She was patient and very helpful. The location was perfect. Thank you to Wandy and her husband. Such a great team!

Me and 4 girlfriends stayed at this beautiful property over the long weekend. It was a truly wonderful experience. The property is even more beautiful in person! The tennis court, the pool, the gazebos and outside areas so nice with beautiful trees and ambiance. Truly relaxing. The villa had games and beach supplies. The space is so beautiful and tall! The bathtub can’t be beat! We loved it! Almost as important is that the hosts were extremely thoughtful, welcoming us with personalized greetings and snacks, and super kind, patient and responsive. We were very grateful to Wilton and his team! Definitely recommend and hope to come back next time! Thank you!

Our stay was amazing. The pictures do no justice! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the pool was amazing. We were a group of five girls and having our own “private apartments” was perfect. Driving up to the house can be a bit intimidating the first few times due to the narrow and somewhat hilly roads, but you get used to it. We’d definitely return if we’re ever in the area again.

This was an amazing stay for myself and my 9 friends! We loved the pool, outdoor kitchen and comfy beds. Also- there were a bunch of restaurants, coffee shops, and beaches all walkable from the place which was ideal for such a large group. Overall we would love to come back to this place, it was huge and more than enough space for our group. The only thing I would say is more towels (beach ones especially) and I wished there were more kitchen essentials so we did not have to buy salt, cooking oil, or anything else that we were not able to use all of in over a week. Hopefully we’ll be back next year, thank you again to our wonderful and thoughtful hosts for having us!

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

Nathalia was responsive and made the check in and check out process simple. The villa was in a great location with good amenities. Would recommend for families.

This is definitely a 5 star rental! If you are looking into a family beach getaway at Crashboat beach Cocoloba is the stay. Do not hesitate. Clean spacious everything you might need. And the beach is steps away. This home is a must!!!! Thank you Seleena for your kindness. You are appreciated. Their Restaurant and beach bar also a great place to hang out eat and play games with the family. 5 🌟star service. Security at entrance was super kind. Food and drinks good. Our stay at Tres Terrazas made for the perfect beach vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the kitchen suited our needs for making breakfast to eat on the magnificent porch. The A/C worked great as well. Of note, the second full bathroom/ shower is by the pool, not in the main home, but it was not a problem. The view of the ocean was stunning and the porch was amazing with a large couch and dining table to fit all of us. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed playing corn hole. Sandy Beach is right down the hill and offers the prefect set up for an enjoyable beach day. The house is in a great location to access the many attractions near Rincon. We loved every second of this gorgeous part of Puerto Rico and look forward to returning soon!

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb Just what we needed! You will not regret staying here. Such a family friendly environment, so much to do throughout the day you don’t have to go anywhere. The host was absolutely amazing and attentive. We cannot wait to come back!

Wow! Miguel & Leslie are the hostess with the mostest. I was impressed from the moment I arrived to the gated community with a friendly security guard. The minute you open the door to this Airbnb you will be blown away. The decor has a boho chic beach vibes. There were so many thoughtful things available for guests. Such as: beach towels & chairs, umbrellas. The restrooms are stocked with all the toiletries needed. All rooms are spotless and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had pots, pans, plates, you name it. The ac’s were a plus. The roof top was perfect and very relaxing to see the beach and hear the waves. The access to the beach from the bridge is amazing. This place is conveniently within minutes of all the best beaches in Isabela. Tons of restaurant to try as well. I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend.

Elaine was very helpful. She provided very detailied self check in instructions (with photos) and many recommendations for area restaurants and beaches. The villa is beautiful and well kept. The gated grounds are quiet, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and are provided with a 23/7 security guard service.

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

We stay at many homes on vacations. This house has everything you need and more. Beach chairs, towels, pool toys, fully stocked kitchen. I can go on and on. Steve, the property manager is excellent! The owners are blessed to have him managing their home. Can’t say enough great things!! Thanks and we will be back!

Perfect place to stay with the family. Peaceful location and lots to do. Close to grocery store and beach. Only thing I would change is the mattress, it was too soft for me and my wife to sleep in and felt uncomfortable. Other than that everything was really good and as advertised.
