A lovely space in a perfect location. Riana welcomed us and was great throughout our stay. Really responsive and helpful. The apartment is well laid out and comfortable and the communal area with the pool is fantastic. So many lovely restaurants within a short walk of the apartment. We recommend a visit to Franschhoek and Le Petit Bijou apartments. Thanks for a great stay.

We had the pleasure at staying at Constantia Cottages for 2 weeks. From the start Hans was so responsive to any of our requests. Communication throughout was great and nothing was too much trouble. Hans and Sabina are the nicest most helpful people you could ever wish to meet. The location is great with easy access to motorways and shopping centre's etc. The pool and garden is amazing and we enjoyed much time in the pool. I would highly recommend renting these apartments and we will definitely make use of them again when we next visit Cape Town. I had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s place in Sea Point. She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout, making the experience smooth and pleasant. The apartment was superb — clean, stylish, and perfectly located. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Imraan and Kim were very accomodating and made us feel very welcome during our stay. There was an issue with the building that made us have to move out earlier, and it is this episode that made it clear to me that Imraan and Kim were great accomodaters. They quickly paid for us to stay at a different place, and when the issue persisted, they gave us a partial refund and quickly refunded the rest of our nights. I think they responded very well to an unfortunate situation. I would recommend renting from Imraan and Kim.

Very kind host and family. Made us feel at home right away and responded quickly to anything that needed attention. Easy to find. It was a bonus having the winery Lanzerac just up the road for meals and wine.

Four of us were in South Africa for 3 weeks of safari’s and sightseeing. We added 3 days to our stay to relax before the long flight home. We enjoyed the unit very much and have already recommended it to some friends that want to make the same trip. Nico and Michelle both gave us great recommendations for places to eat.

Great host great apartment. Currently there are constructions but I was aware of that and it didn’t bother me. One of the best apartments in Cape Town I stayed in. I can defo recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay. The booking was made very last minute, and the host and owner was super friendly in assisting us. The apartment is literally steps away from the beach. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and has all amenities needed. What a luxurious stay! Highly recommended.

We really liked the apartment. It’s comfortable, safe, and well-located. There are good restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. It was clean and organized when we arrived. Eugene welcomed us very kindly and showed us everything about the apartment. She was also flexible with the check-in time due to our flight schedule. We had a great stay!

Second time at Sean's place and certainly not the last. I often travel to Cape Town for business and it's the perfect location to get a great rest after a packed day. The restaurant downstairs is a winner as well!

This is an excellent apartment in a fantastic location. It’s easy to get into the buzzy shopping and restaurant area of the Waterfront. The complex and building are very safe and secure.

Booked this place and I find it Dan very helpful, and the guidelines shared before arriving at the place are very clear. I had to extend for another night and it was a smooth process. I find the community very safe and I did walk from the house to the Sea Point. It was worth the money for the comfort I got and security. I just wish there is a separate guideline in the room on how to use the apple tv as I was left clueless. My fault, I didnt bother to message Dan for assistance. Overall, I am happy and if I am back in Cape Town, ill definitely stay in his place and definitely recommend it.

Truly a home away from home. If you want tranquility, space, peace this is the place you need to book. Family orientation with 2 doggies, a few birds, BBQ facilities, pool, ample parking space so close to everything without the heavy price tag Ill definitely be back on my next trip to SA Thank you for all the amazing hospitality, I really felt at 🏡 home😎🥰

This apartment is highly recommended for water and beach lovers. A short walk and you have already reached the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful view of Table Mountain and Cape City. If the Atlantic is too cold for you, you can swim in the very long pool, wonderful! Nadine has always been available and helpful, communication was great.

The stay was one of it's kind. Priya communicated very well from start to finish. The rooms was clean and fell as if I was at home. Uber service was easy to achieve. This place is real a value for money. I will definitely be back.

Not a bad location and good value for money. Check in was a little difficult as concierge service isn’t actually a concierge so it was difficult to communicate with them telephonically. The unit was however very comfortable and really a lovely stay
