We had an amazing stay, from great communication to easy check out. The place itself is stunning with all the necessary amenities and great location and views. We will definitely book here again!

This was our second stay at Elizabeth's home and once again perfect for our needs. The location is great for visiting places like Stellenbosch or diving through to Cape Town and the home is spacious, well-equipped and the estate is quiet and safe. Elizabeth is also the perfect host and her communication throughout our stay was excellent. We can't wait for our next visit!

This was our first trip to Cape Town but did have feedback from my daughter who is studying there. The Gardens neighborhood worked well because of its central location. Unfortunately the city is car dependent so plan on lots of Ubering - always a car within 2 minutes - even vans! The mall down the street was a blessing - pharmacy, 2 grocery stores and a bunch of other stuff. The home was so perfect for a group of 7 - probably the best was the large open living space that gave way to a work space at the dining room table, cooking space galore in the kitchen, comfy couches to watch the French Open from and then a napping window that is super cozy. There is a great outdoor table and rooftop deck but due to timing and some weather did not spend a lot of time there - but the invitation of both spaces quite charming. Would stay there without hesitation next trip if over 4 travelers!

beautiful and charming cottage right near the heart of Franschoek. Stunning swimming pool to plunge into and a peaceful garden with lemon trees. The cottage is decorated in English countryside charm, has an effective wood burner fireplace and all you need. loved our stay!

We had a great time at Mia’s beautiful house. She was really kind showing us around and was always available when needed. It was awesome for our little daughter to play with all the toys of Mia’s kids. Maybe good to know: The house is not in a gated community, but we felt secure due to the nice neighborhood. We can highly recommend staying at Mia’s beautiful place.

Had a wonderful stay at Medie’s place. The hosts were extremely accommodating when we needed to move places at the last minute. Steyn was so kind and helpful and always checking on us. He was available at all times for anything we needed. The location was amazing and very close to everything we wanted to do.

A lovely, spacious family holiday home. The open plan upstairs area was great to hang out and spend quality time together as a group, indoors and on the deck. Plenty of bedroom space for everyone. A great kitchen with all necessary items, and a fireplace. Proximity to the beach and the boardwalk for some outdoor time, couldn’t be better. Appreciated the flexible check out offered by Rita.

Deirdré’s guest accommodation was perfect. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and there was everything you would need (and more) for a super-comfortable stay. The house was spacious and had an indoor fireplace, with plenty of wood supplied, and an outdoor long table and braai. It also had a lovely garden and great views of the mountain, especially from upstairs. Deirdré was a lovely host. She was responsive, accommodating and kind. There were clear instructions for self-check-in and detailed notes on how everything in the house works. All in all, a wonderful space, and we would definitely book again. An easy 5 out of 5 stars!

I booked this house for my sisters who were coming down for the holidays, and it was absolutely perfect! Spacious, homey, and beautifully decorated — exactly like the pictures, if not better. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic: responsive, quick to answer any questions, and made sure everything was just right for their stay. My sisters didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this place especially for a group!

We had a wonderful week, our kids loved it just as much as we did! Everything was better then expected and the owner is such a lovely person, was always available and helped us with questions. Enjoyed it to the fullest and can only recommend!

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

I'm back home in Scotland having spent a wonderful two weeks at Watermill Studio. I really can't praise my host Kim enough, the property is beautiful, I had a friend and her dogs come around on many occasions, there was so much space for the dogs to roam around in perfect safety, never once was anything we did questioned. Whilst the Air BNB is an annex of Kim's main property I cannot describe how private it is in terms of the feeling of having the place to yourself. The Views Oh THE VIEWS ... I'm speechless... sunset over Gordon's bay by the Pool with a glass of wine and a Braai on the go... I'd challenge anyone to find a nicer spot. Negatives... happy to say unless you want to be really really picky there are none... the gardens are well kept... a nice lady came around and cleaned the Air BNB ... really truly I cannot think of a negative other than the bird poop on the car but you can get that anywhere. If you get the chance... Give Watermill Studio's a try... It's Special.

Jacob was an excellent host, responding immediately and being available if needed, not that we needed to contact him in regards to anything... Just the knowing assurance that he is there if needed...

An incredibly well-appointed and luxurious house in a truly beautiful setting. So many special touches made this a great experience - from fresh flowers in each bedroom to lots of towels next to the rimflow pool, every possible comfort was provided. We had a wonderful weekend.

We were looking for a house with 4 rooms. We were satisfied by Sacha's house. There is also a big kitchen with equipment. We didn't manage to watch television (box missing? no instructions) however we did not need it. The pool is small but the small garden is relaxing.

This was my third visit to Jane's and it keeps getting better each time. Can't think of a better place to visit for a detox with the family :)

Tim is a very hospitable host, he met us at check in day, helped with luggage. There were fresh flowers at home, clean beds and towels, nice welcome drink. Tim advised several interesting spots. The house has a great view from bedroom and living area. Was a pleasure to wake up and see the ocean. Every day we walked to the beach (5 minutes literally). There are some coffee shops and restaurants. Very good locations of shops. Very safe area! A lot of people running and swimming. Beautiful nature, surrounded with mountains. It has gas and every time we could cook and make tea. Very good variety of things for cooking inside the house. Tim has a nice secret garden :) Tim is a very friendly and sporty person, he told us about sport opportunities around. Tim was easy to communicate every time we wrote him with questions, He also advised us a nice clean lady and looked about the garden himself. One of the best hospitable stayings.

The views are AMAZING! Matt is an extremely organised and generous host. Loved our weekend there.

Really lovely stay! Walking distance from STIA and beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bedrooms and living area. Spacious bathrooms and kitchen. Really responsive and flexible host- would very much recommend.

We spent a perfect quiet few days away from the city and the location plus accommodation was absolutely on point. our host was very friendly and responsive and the warm welcome set the right tone to make us feel right at home.

Great view! Very quiet neighbourhood with great restaurants nearby. Best surprise was an "extra length" bed, for all the tall people.
