Next to Hjälstaviken's nature reserve is this cottage, which is a wing building to Husby-Sjutolft's vicarage. Parts of the house are probably from the 1700s. The house is 60 square meters with two rooms, kitchen, hall and bathroom with shower. You live next door to the host family, but have your own "backside" with a balcony down the afternoon and evening sun and views of the agricultural landscape. In the area, there are nice walking paths and trails around Hjälstaviken, at Ekolsund Castle and in the forests around. Grocery store is within 10 km.

Here you live in your own apartment in the barn, with modern standard but preserved rural charm – visible beamed ceilings, soft colors and a peaceful atmosphere. The property is located at the end of a gravel road with the forest right outside the door. You can easily reach Enköping (10 minutes), Uppsala, Västerås and Stockholm by car. Lake Mälaren is only 5 km away for swimming, fishing or picnicking.
