Don't get fooled by the first appearance from the street! Hortus House is a unique place, located in an old house with a lot of stories to tell and a magnificent garden full of stone sculptures and trees. This is the lungs of our neighborhood! Located an easy 15 min stroll from the old center of Ljubljana, where you will find peace away from the crowds. Recently we refurbished part of our family house and turned it into a pleasant and comfortable place for up to 4 people, waiting just for you!

Studio is located just just 1,9km from Ljubljana Castle, 1km from Metelkova.Ljubljana Central Market is 1,7km from the house. It is in the quiet neighborhood. Right now they are building new neighborhood, so it can be a little bit noisy during the day. Hopefully they will end the most of the big work till summer. The nearest airport is Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport, 20km from the property.

This apartment is even nicer in real life than it is in the pictures! It’s beautiful, and a really lovely place to call home while exploring beautiful Ljubljana. I usually sleep poorly, but had my best sleep in years in the air conditioned master bedroom! We could very easily have stayed much longer. I would highly recommend this listing.

Das Zimmer befindet sich an einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Es bietet das notwendige und war sehr sauber. In 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss die Bussstation. Vom Bahnhof sind es 15 Minuten zum laufen. Von der Busshaltestelle geht’s in 7 Minuten ins Zentrum. Ich würde bei einem nächsten Besuch als Alleinreisender wieder dieselbe Wahl treffen. Da im Zimmer ein Etagenbett steht ist es aber auch für zwei Personen empfehlenswert.

What a gem of a place! Absolutely gorgeous. Close to Ljubljana but totally out in nature. All the small details are taken care of, everything is spotlessly clean and you even get a wonderful breakfast and local treats. I'd love to come back some time, shame I only stayed one night!

Karmen è stata una host perfetta, attenta ai dettagli, molto amichevole e siamo stati trattati proprio come se fossimo di casa. L’appartamento è al piano terra, perciò molto accessibile, e davanti si trova la fermata dell’autobus per raggiungere facilmente il centro. In casa fa freschino la sera, quindi per l’estate è perfetto. La cucina è super promossa, la doccia del bagno molto grande ed era tutto pulito. La colazione è quel qualcosa in più e il Self check-in molto comodo. Aggiungo che viene chiesta la tassa di soggiorno, circa 3€ al giorno a persona. Per il nostro viaggio Last Minute di qualche giorno in Slovenia è stato perfetto, anche grazie al parcheggio auto privato. Grazie mille Karmen!
