What a great weekend! The condo was so nice with a fantastic view!

I couldn't be more pleased with my first AirBnB stay. The place was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. I wasn't expecting spices, dog toys, dog bowls, dog cot, etc. The fully fenced in yard, lake access, available kayaks, and privacy are the only things I wanted and this place sure supplied! the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit were huge bonuses. Also, met and talked with the neighbor who is super friendly 😉 I stayed alone the first half with my dogs and got my peace in. The second half a couple girl friends joined and we thoroughly enjoyed paddling out the this little island and throwing rocks, trying to fish, etc. Enjoying using the coloring supplies, games, and grill as well! It did storm most of the week, but even that was enjoyable! 10/10 experience for us all.

We had a great stay at Zach’s cabin. It was very clean and perfectly met our needs. We will definitely book Zach’s cabin when we’re in the area again.

Our family of 5 couples and 2 small children loved our stay at Sunsets and Siestas. The home has lots of space, the family suite was a big hit, the master suite is beautiful and spacious, the kitchen very well appointed and the decks, patios are excellent. We used the boat slip including the lift as well as the kayaks and paddleboards. The home had everything we needed and then some. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sail Loft over Memorial Day weekend! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is so cozy, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches—it’s clear that every detail has been carefully considered. It’s just like the photos, only better in person! Nichole was the perfect host—kind, responsive, and welcoming. She guided us throughout our stay, making sure everything went smoothly and that we felt comfortable and cared for. We loved enjoying the Keowee Key amenities, especially the pool and dining at the club’s restaurants. It truly felt like a hidden gem! We’re already looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home!

This farmhouse vacation was the best our family has experienced so far. We have stayed at over 15 rentals via this platform and others but by far this was the best. If Amy could have controlled the weather, then the trip would have been unbelievable. The house has everything a person needs to stay comfortably. The location is peaceful. The animals come up to the fence each morning and night and allow you to pet them. One horse wants all the attention....lol. The donkeys allow you to give them love too. The house had a full kitchen, a bar area, large living room and 4 beautiful and well-furnished bedrooms. The pool was nice but only used 3 days since we had rain most days. If a person has a small group of 10ish people, this is the perfect house for you. The small neighboring towns have things to see and do. So many waterfalls in the area. You definitely won't be disappointed if you choose to go to Seneca and stay at this house. Amy, thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful home and host was very responsive. Would recommend staying here if you want a nice get away. About 40 minutes from Clemson University, a little too far for us.

Jonathan was a great host, very responsive and helpful throughout. His instructions were very clear and he was always friendly. The place is lovely. The neighborhood is peaceful, the lake is beautiful, the view is great. The house was immaculate, super clean and nicely decorated without having too many things. The mattresses were the best we've slept on in any airBnB, by far! The private dock is wonderful, with chairs and water toys, it was such a joy to spend time there at all times of day.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed—from plenty of linens to essentials like laundry detergent and dishwasher pods, which made things so convenient. The beautiful scenery made for the perfect backdrop to our trip—we especially loved spending time on the dock and were able to take some lovely family photos there. Our family enjoyed the fire pit and were able to make s’mores with some of the ingredients that were provided! (Huge bonus for the marshmallow roasters that were in the drawer). We also took full advantage of the hammocks and managed to squeeze in a few peaceful naps during our stay. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

What a perfect and peaceful place to spend a wonderful weekend with family on the lake. The renovations to the house are beautiful and Daniel had everything so well equipped. The screen porch and back porch were perfect for hanging out after grilling out on the very nice charcoal grill. The small fire pit with chairs around it was a great spot for making s’mores. The openness of the space makes for perfect entertaining with family and friends plus having additional bedrooms downstairs provides plenty of space for a larger family with kids or your teenage/college aged children and their friends. There are lots of very nice touches that make you feel right at home. The renovated master bath is incredible. Because the house is in a rural area, it was really nice that Daniel provided a list of local attractions and restaurants for us to consider going to. We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you Daniel for sharing your amazing Lakehouse with us.

Absolutely stunning!! Was the perfect getaway with friends and family. Cove was very peaceful and calming (even with kids)! The home itself is breathtaking! Pictures don’t do it justice! Ashley was amazing and was very quick to respond if we had any questions. Definitely will be back! Highly highly recommend!!

Beautiful place, convenient location and great communication even with an Air BnB newbie like me!

We enjoyed making great memories at “The Happy Place”. The lake home had beautiful lake views, was well stocked, and very cozy. We rented a Tritoon from Webko boat rental and they put in at the local Spring Branch ramp which was super convenient to the home. This part of the lake was quiet and nice!! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to rent again!

The lake house is even more beautiful than the pictures. The location is perfect. Peaceful and private but not too secluded. The house had every amenity needed. They’ve thought of everything. We enjoyed spending our days at the boat dock, and going to local hiking trails and waterfalls. Lake Hartwell is huge, this house is in one of the more shallow coves. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding. We fished a lot but didn’t catch anything from the dock or kayaks. We did a boat charter with a local fisherman and hit a ton of fish. As for the location, it’s less than 30 minutes to great restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to a grocery store, fast food, and pharmacy. We will definitely stay again!

Check in and check out were smooth - the communication was great! We were in town for a 10K so it was nice having the ability to wake up later and not have to drive 2+ hours. We had three dogs with us and one of them did not like the horses but the horses gave them no mind. We enjoyed our stay and will more than likely book again next year for the same race!

We greatly enjoyed our stay and found the home to be perfect for the size of our group (7 adults, 2 adolescents). We were traveling back and forth to Clemson, which was the only drawback, but that was not a problem with the home itself. The owners were very quick to respond and were very kind throughout the process. Very communicative. Great place and would be ideal for families wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life!

Rob was an incredible host. So communicative, friendly and attentive. The house is cozy and spacious. The basement set-up is awesome. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second summer vacation at the River Ridge Lake house. It is the perfect location and has the amenities that we want, use of the kayaks, SUPs and lily pad, which most homes do not offer. The screened in porch is lovely. We will book our 2026 vacation at River Ridge Lake house.

Hardystone lake house is stunning both inside and out! Our family of six (4 boys , 2 parents ) had plenty of space and there was something for everyone. We loved that there were enough kayaks for all of us to use and the putting green was a big hit. It also had beautiful views from both decks and the double decker dock! This home was extremely clean, The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you need if you prefer to cook like we do. We hope to be back! Tiny flying bugs would surround the doors at night so be quick opening/closing doors!

The house was great! The views were amazing! Everything was as advertised. Definitely back in the woods but worth the drive. My daughter graduated from Clemson University and it was not that far of a drive and easy to get back and forth. Would definitely stay again if needed. I would recommend some shower bars for the walk in shower in the master bath. Just for safety. Other than that everything was great.

This was our second stay using Linton Realty for a property on Lake Hartwell. They communicate clearly & make each stay great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.
