Beachfront holiday rental in Steuben County

What a great lake cottage! It's exactly what the doctor ordered. Ron was super responsive, lives close by, and even stopped by to say hello with his dog and to change the propane on the grill when it ran out. I'll come back when the weather is nicer to take a swim and kayak, and to hang outside by the fire pit or on one of the two decks!

wonderful place for family time and fun. we enjoyed it. the cabin was clean and cozy. we had a slight hiccup with some propane and it was remedied by the hosts quickly.

Perfect location on the water and near wonderful attractions the Finger Lakes has to offer!

We enjoyed Memorial Day weekend 2025 with our 3 daughters (20, 23, & 25). The weather wasn’t very cooperative for lake fun until the last day but Charles let us stay into the afternoon so that we could enjoy the lake a bit. During the weekend he had great recommendations as well. The house was very comfortable and we made great family memories cooking, playing games, watching tv and listening to music.

The cottage is exactly as described and the setup for a family is ideal. The backyard, front porch and easy, level walk to the beach are perfect. The shoreline is great for kids to enter the water and the dock allowed us to feed the ducks and watch the boats go by. Our three-year old and six-year old granddaughters had so much fun. We know they'll remember this exciting lake vacation. The hosts are delightful and easy to contact. Nancy greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the cottage and lakeshore. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Speed bumps along this cottage road maintain a very slow speed for vehicles and we rarely saw any vehicles. We had easy access from the cottage to the shore...a short walk. Beds are comfy and a variety of sizes. Two bathrooms a plus. More than adequate linens and towels. And the kitchen is very well stocked with all that is needed to cook and bake. In addition to a large dining table, two round tables and a picnic table are in the backyard and all three have umbrellas over them. The backyard provided lots of fun and safety for our grandchildren and our dog. We had a few meals out at good restaurants and grocery stores are convenient. We also visited several interesting ice cream places. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spot, right on the water for a long weekend getaway! The space had everything needed to feel relaxed and recharged. It was my first trip post-cancer treatment, and it felt so good to get out & the host was super flexible with check-in, which we appreciated for our much-needed naps. Just a heads up: lots of windows (most have blinds, but not the skylights), so bring a sleep mask if you're sensitive to morning light.

Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Loon lake was very peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed out stay!

Such a sweet cottage in a beautiful area on Keuka Lake! We enjoyed having dinner and soaking up the sun on the deck, swimming in the lake, and sitting by a campfire at night. Moving in/out and accessing the lake was very easy with just a couple of steps either way. The backyard was perfect for yard games. Plenty of parking, and Beth was great! The view is spectacular! I would love to stay here again.

Upon walking in and seeing the view and how close the lake was, my first thought was "when can I come again?"! Deborahs place is just the right size, well decorated and equipped and so comfortable. Loved the back porch, with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, my favorite place in the Finger Lakes!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kevin and Anu’s home. They are truly fantastic hosts—super responsive to any questions we had and always ready to assist. The house itself was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze. Our girls especially loved using the paddle board and kayaks; they were a big hit! The upstairs room was a perfect Space for them and also gave my Husband and I some downtime. The shared spaces by the waterfront are so thoughtfully designed, down to separate walkways. And the new dock is such a nice addition—we enjoyed the chairs set up by the water and did some great fishing. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here!

The cottage was lovely. Only one bathroom but it is nice with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Two of the bedrooms are accessed by outside stairs but that was fine also. We had really cold rainy weather for Memorial Day weekend but Mary Ellen made sure we had enough blankets and space heaters. There are kayaks and a fire pit and a beautiful dock to sit out on. Beautiful neighborhood which was great for walking our dog. Mary Ellen was very responsive and helpful. We had 6 adults but the layout of the cozy space was great for playing games and talking. Nice screened porch with big table. We did not know that there are a lot of stairs to go down to the house from the road which was a little rough on our 84 years old mother but she managed. That was the only surprise. Lots of wineries and breweries and walking trails nearby in addition to the beautiful lakes. Overall a terrific property and we would definitely stay there again.

This was a great stay! The house is right on the lake with dock access. The kitchen was well equipped with tools and utensils, we were able to cook dinner on the grill needing nothing more than the food we brought. Sleeping was tight for 6 guests but the couches were comfortable enough to make it work. The indoor fireplace kept it nice and warm since the weekend I went was a bit windy and rainy. There was a bald eagle flying around the whole weekend, which made the view and atmosphere all the better. 10/10 would recommend this stay.

Location was perfect. Lots to do in the area. View of the lake while on the dock was awesome. Everything was perfect! Will definitely stay there again.

Every detail was thought of in the building of this beautiful lake home! Marci's style is impeccable. Her home is clean, modern, and cozy. It's the perfect place to spend time with family. My boys loved the triple bunk beds and the jack-and-jill bathroom setup was ideal for our family. The view of the lake is great!! It's so nice to look out over the sparkling water as you're drinking your morning coffee. You'll never run out of things to do, whether you enjoy kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, jumping on the trampoline, or just swimming in the lake! This property has it all. I would highly recommend Naberly View to anyone and can't wait to book our next stay!
