My property is located on the edge of the forest in a quasi-secluded location on the edge of the Kalkalpen National Park near the Höss and Wurzeralm ski resorts as well as in the midst of the most beautiful hiking routes. You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

This original troad box is 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here two people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a sauna, heated hot tub for your exclusive use on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

Every half an hour there is a train leaving to Linz.
