Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Picturesque house next to beach

Small cozy fishing lodge with beach plot and stunning views of the sea. The sandy beach just below the house is as attractive in summer with a swimming jetty and beach café as it is in winter for lovely walks. Several seating areas on different floors. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, 6 km from Ystad. Very good transportation about 150 meters from the house, trains to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö and Copenhagen. Bus between Ystad and Trelleborg about 100 meters away. The Sydkustleden bike path runs just above the house.

With a ten-minute car or train ride from Simrishamn is the village of Gärsnäs, where this fantastic house of 120 sqm with a large patio is rented out for the 3rd year. The residence is about a 1-minute walk from the train station, which has good connections to Simrishamn but also to Ystad and further to Copenhagen. In Gärsnäs, there is a café, grocery store and gas station. It is possible to purchase a departure cleaning and this is booked before arrival, if you want to clean yourself, this should be done carefully before departure.

Welcome to this guest house in the middle of the beautiful fishing villages of Vik and Baskemölla. It is 150 meters to a fantastic sandy beach and sea view from the patio. Skåneleden borders the plot and the nearest golf course is a quarter of an hour's walk away as well as the nearest grocery store. The guest house has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Hob and dining area as well as toilet and shower in open solution. Gas grill and garden furniture are included. Sheets and towels can be rented.

A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Österlen Gamla Posthuset Gärsnäs

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment bright and fresh. Own patio. The courtyard is free with amazing views of the fields. On the courtyard there is a gallery. Very quiet location. To the farm belongs a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop, patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50kr/day

Unique accommodation in organic apple orchard near the sea

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Frukt's organic apple orchard. A trailer built throughout in solid eco-materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, stove, shower and toilet. The trailer is completely 'off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbors are Baskemölla eco-village with its varied architecture. 500 m down to Baskemölla harbor for a morning swim from the harbor pier.

Japandi Cottage

Boendet Mysig Japan inspirerad stuga med alla bekvämligheter och en avskild uteplats. Huset ligger mitt i Brösarp med vandringsleder, resturanger och turistmål runt knuten. Trädgården har en yta på 1900 kvadrat och därför är som en oas mitt i byn. Över gatan ligger café Smulan där man kan köpa nybakade bullar, dom har även frukost buffé. Sidan om ligger ICA för övriga inköp. Brösarp kallas porten till Österlen men är i själva verket i mitten av den vackraste natur Österlen har att erbjuda.

Ola's Garden

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård, ”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

An accommodation that suits you if you want to enjoy a calm and soothing environment. The cottage is a bright and nice guest house that is close to our residential house. It has a fantastic location by the water, is about 35 sqm and has an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one bedroom with bunk bed and one living room with sofa bed. The cottage has a small patio and private parking. Close to fantastic nature and the sea. Canoe is available to borrow for those who wish.
