De Vecht is perfect om in te zwemmen of met een bootje op te varen. Bootverhuur zit op 300meter. Heel zonnige tuin op het zuiden, incl BBQ. Op de oprit kunnen vier auto’s staan en heeft een Tesla charger. Hartje Utrecht is op 10 min met de auto of 20 min fietsen. Amsterdam is 20 minuten met de auto. Winkelcentrum 5 minuten.
