Anetas Wohnung befindet sich abseits der historischen Altstadt (ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß) und Hauptverkehrsadern im neueren, nordwestlichen Teil der Stadt im 7. Stock eines Hochhauses. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, muss ein (Uber-)Taxi nehmen, denn es fahren keine Busse bis in die Nähe der Wohnung und die gesamte Stadt ist an den Hang gebaut, sodass der Heimweg extrem anstrengend sein kann. Auto zu fahren ist absolut keine Option in dieser Stadt, auch wenn die Wohnung über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt. Dafür befindet sich direkt nebenan ein kleiner Supermarkt. Der Check-in war sehr herzlich und zeitlich flexibel und uns wurde gleich alles erklärt, was man über die Stadt und die Wohnung wissen muss. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst entspricht der Beschreibung. Sie bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Yacht- und Kreuzfahrtschiffhafen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Mirna was extremely welcoming and helpful! The Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, it felt private but at the same time you can easily walk 3 minutes to the road to be picked up by a taxi or your own car. There is a freshwater stream going through next to the apartment that you can hear from inside which gave that amazing calming sound. If we needed anything we just easily messaged Mirna and she responds very quickly. She gave us recommendations on things such as markets. There is a restaurant at the nearby hotel (where you may choose to park) and the food is great and the prices are reasonable! My husband and I truly wish we could live here forever, it was amazing. Very heartbreaking to leave. Thank you again to Mirna for the amazing experience!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Marija et Enija sont très accueillants et ils nous avaient préparé des crêpes et boissons. Ils nous ont même emmené en ville avec leur voiture. ils nous ont donné toutes les explications pour nous repérer. Le logement est dans un quartier très tranquille en périphérie de Dubrovnik, accessible en bus avec des restaurants et des supérettes proches. la vue sur la mer est très agréable et le jardin est fleuri. Les équipements sont suffisants et la literie est confortable. C'était parfait ! Merci pour tout !

Petra’s place is in perfect location. Great views of old walked city. Beach access was walkable. Food market a few steps from front door. Petra’s instructions were very good and she was very responsive and proactive. All in all couldn’t have asked more.

The apartment was exactly as described in the photos — beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. It’s just outside the city walls, which means you enjoy peace and quiet while still being only a few steps away from the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It had everything we needed to feel at home, especially in the kitchen, which was stocked with all the essentials. But what truly made the experience special was Mr. Ivo — incredibly welcoming, always attentive, and with a fantastic sense of humor. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. We had the best time in Dubrovnik thanks to this amazing stay. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Marina’s place. We booked very last minute (24 hours’ notice) but Marina made it very easy for us. We loved the house - it was spacious, clean and tidy and the pool was great for the kids. Marina was very welcoming, very responsive and very helpful. Everything went very smoothly! The house is about a ten minute walk from the sea. It is a steep path which but worth it for the beautiful water on arrival. There isn’t a beach as such but there is a natural swimming pool and a designated swimming area which was great. One point to note is that parking is a few minutes walk from the house near the church. However you can pull up a short al walk from the house to load and unload cases so it was no problem for us. We had a great time and would happily stay at Marina’s place again.

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Her local tips and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you, Sanja

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí durante dos meses completos. Durante este tiempo pudimos trabajar desde casa y disfrutar del mar y de Molunat cada día. También aprovechamos para conocer la región de Konavle, Dubrovnik, la costa de Montenegro y la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia. La casa estaba muy limpia, es cómoda y está bien equipada, lo que resulta especialmente conveniente para estadías largas como la nuestra. Además los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad. En el pueblo hay un pequeño mercado para las compras diarias y en la ciudad de Grouda, a veinte minutos en auto, hay más opciones. Aunque hay tres autobuses diarios hacia Dubrovnik, creo que es importante tener movilidad propia. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros ha sido un verdadero placer vivir y trabajar frente al mar durante estos meses. ¡Gracias por todo Helen y Maximilian!

We spend two weeks in Trsteno house and we had a great time The house is located in a beautiful botanical garden with a stunning sea view. We loved watching the sunset, swimming in the sea, playing cards and spending time together as a family. One of the reasons I chose the house was, because I wanted a quiet and safe location. One of my sons is Autistic we wanted to keep away from busy hotels and holiday resorts. This place has it all. The house is clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to, great shower and stunning views. Majas parents live next door and they are very nice people. Anka, Majas mum brought us some home grown fruit and vegetables. Ivo, Majas dad took us to Lopud island on his boat. Maja is one of the most helpful aquick responding hosts. I felt like I had a private tourist guide on my phone. I could tell she loves her country and has a very good knowledge about where to go and what to do. We loved every minute of our holiday.

Good place with lots of beds and space. Location is 25 minutes from Old Town Dubrovnik by car, would recommend for someone with a rental car.

Tiho’s place was absolutely wonderful. Within the walking distance of one of the most beautiful old city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The apartment has all new and modern amenities . The parking places are inside the building. Everything was as advertised and Tiho was always reachable and ready to help. The city have a special vibe and people were very friendly. The old city was amazing. The streets were stone paved. The building were also made of stone. It is built in old Venetian stile with the influence of old Ottoman Empire. City of Dubrovnik is 30 minutes away.

Absolutely beautiful stay in a quiet yet central location. I absolutely loved staying at Ines’ place, and found it to be really great value. Just note, the coordinates on the listing are a little off, but the address is correct. So I would recommend just reaching out to Ines beforehand for some details on the location or she could even send you a pin. She is always very responsive and helpful. The apartment is clean and so cute, it has everything you’ll need for a short stay, and the real draw of this place is the beautiful outdoor space, which is a small garden with some Mediterranean trees like orange and fig. How amazing to wake up surrounded by trees and birds but still be in the city! The outdoor space is shared between three apartments but is very quiet, and you also have a little private area on the side next to the door. Also, the bed is very comfortable- I felt like Ines really cared for her place and maintains it beautifully. Would love to come back some day!

Замечательная студия в двухэтажном доме с большим прекрасным садом в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от Старого города. Альберто живет рядом в том же доме и всегда готов помочь. Контакт с Альберто был очень приятным, он быстро отвечал, дал несколько полезных рекомендаций и выполнил наши дополнительные пожелания. В студии есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, в ней уютно и тихо, а столик перед входом - идеальное место для приема пищи и отдыха после прогулок по Дубровнику. С удовольствием приедем еще раз.

Docekali su nas preljubazni gospodin i gospodja, imala sam utisak kao da se poznajemo odavno. Stan je prostran i komotan, nismo imali potrebu za drugom spavacom sobom. U stanu imate sve sto vam je potrebno za boravak, od kafe, caja, zacina do domina i pribora za crtanje za djecu. Stan je osuncan tokom cijelog dana, posjeduje tarasu koja gleda na park i na parking mjesto sto je jos jedna velika prednost. Komsije su ljubazne i susretljive. Lokacija je odlicna, sve je dostupno pjeske tako da vam auto nije potreban. Definitivno ce ovo biti opet nas izbor kada ponovo dodjemo u Trebinje.

Logement parfait et conforme à la description. Emplacement idéal à proximité de petites plages tranquilles et à la fois proche de Dubrovnik. Transport en commun à proximité. Lazar est très sympathique, il nous a même aidé à monter nos bagages. Je recommande ce petit logement agréable !

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.
