Apartment holiday rentals in Štinjan, Pula

Great location. Rooftop is a major perk. Easy check in with parking down the street. Hosts were communicative and came by to say hi and reset WiFi. Wi-Fi download speed was ~80Mbps plenty for work calls.

Kristina lives with her family in an apartment in the rented house, so she is always on site if something is needed or you need tips for your stay. It feels very welcome. The pool is also suitable for small children, as you walk into the pool on wide steps and can splash around here. There are balls on site for playing in the water and for playing soccer in the meadow. A small supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. The apartments are very clean. Cars can be parked on the property, partly in the shade. The double bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping as it is too hard. The location is very good, the old town of Pula is about 10 minutes by car, the fine long pebble beach Hidrobasa is also a few minutes by car and well suited for children. It's just very going on, shady spots are rare. Parking right by the beach is free. I highly recommend Kristina!

The place was perfect for us. You can get everywhere in the area super easily and the location is therefore perfect for the region. Vedrana and Peter are very helpful and hospitable and everything worked out very well. We were very satisfied.

The house is clean and has a front balcony overlooking the garden and a rear balcony with garden and barbecue facilities. The air conditioner is located in the dining room, but is strong enough to cool the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils: fridge, stove with oven, coffee maker... Nenad and his family were very nice and helpful. The house is a 7- to 10-minute drive to the beach, about 15 minutes to Pula and 10 minutes to Lidl, also by car. A bakery can be reached in a 5-minute walk. In fact, my family of four felt quite comfortable at home. Thanks Nenad.

Stela’s place has everything you need and is in a great location close to the beach, city center, nature and restaurants. We felt super comfortable. Stela is a great host and very welcoming.

Mirjana was very friendly and her place was great! She was very accommodating and gave my friends and I the best reception I've received on Airbnb to date. I highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Istria and Pula.

We loved the place. The beach is 200m away and it is not a typical "tourist beach" but very quiet and many locals go swimming there :) You are well connected by bus and can get to the city center within 15-20 minutes. We also took the opportunity to travel from Pula to Venice by ferry, which was really worth it for a day trip! Another advantage was that you could walk relatively quickly to the adjacent peninsula, where there is a national park with wonderful cliffs.

We were very satisfied with our apartment at Sandi's and his family's. Everyone was so warm to our little son (1 year) He was even allowed to ride the tricycle with his daughter every day and was always happy when he saw the family. It was a very warm and family-like stay. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

We spent almost 2 weeks at Dragana’s place and were made to feel extremely welcome. The home is spacious, clean and well equipped, parking was super easy (right at the door) and we were very close to everything we need (beach, supermarkets, bakeries etc.). The location was perfect for visiting Istria and all the region has to offer. Dragana and her family were very kind, friendly and genuinely helped ensure we had a great vacation. Also, the garden really is as good as it looks in the pictures :)

Excellent location for walking to shops, restaurants, attractions, and the port in Pula. Sanja was proactive and the pictures perfectly depicted the property.

We stayed there over the weekend and had a blast. 😍The beach is about a minute away and with the bus you are in 10min in the middle of Pula. My small one cried because we had to leave 😂 The apartment was completly renovated and very clean. Thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment of Marinka and Emil for 3 weeks in June. The furnishings are modern and tasteful. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Towels and dish towels were plentiful. We also got change of bed linen. Everything smelled wonderfully fresh. Dishwashing liquid, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing tabs etc. everything there. Marinka and Emil are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is on the first floor and is reached over a wide staircase. In front of the house, there is a covered terrace with morning sun with a table and chairs. From the living-dining room, you can access a large balcony with comfortable seating furniture. The second balcony with clothesline and clips was convenient for the wet bathing suits. It was our best apartment in Croatia so far and we will be happy to come back. Valbandon is super nice.

The accommodation is very large and perfectly located. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. The roof terrace is perfect for morning coffee and sunset and the day to reflect and relax.

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with plenty of hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness in the entire apartment. Two parking spaces directly next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a whirlpool - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the refrigerator to welcome them. A very, very nice touch that we really appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Natasha´s place during the beginning/low season. We found it very peaceful, clean, well taken care of. Natasha is a great host, caring. The place is ideal for families or groups of friends as there are more apartments. Recommending!

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. The fenced garden, where our dog could move freely, was particularly beautiful. The whirlpool was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We take a lot of vacations through Airbnb, but Natasa topped them all. It was a great place to stay - spotless, quiet, well equipped! The surroundings were quiet and everything was within walking distance. After a week, we also needed new linens and Natasa always asked if everything was ok and was always available to us! There is a very well-kept pool, a jacuzzi and bicycles - even with helmets - available! In the lower part also lives the mother-in-law... such a warm, great woman is not often found. She brought us cake, coffee and little treats. If we come back to Pula, this apartment is definitely our first choice! Thanks for the great time

Had the most beautiful and relaxing experience. The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions to local beaches. Very proactive, reaching to make sure everything was good. Would definitely recommend and would definitely visit again.

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!
