Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Stan je novo uređen te sadrži sve što Vam treba za ugodan i bezbrižan boravak u našem tritisućljetnom gradu Puli.Besplatan parking osiguran je za Vaše vozilo.Stan se nalazi u blizini poznate Arene te na desetak minuta hoda do centra grada koje obiluje povijesnim i kulturnim znamenitostima iz povijesnog doba.Želite li se udaljiti i odmoriti od gradske vreve u samo nekoliko minuta hoda ili vožnje automobilom, stan Vam to svakako omogućava jer se nalazi u mirnom području grada.Dobro nam došli! :-)

Apartmani Marija smješteni su u blizini najvećeg istarskog grada,Pule u malenom mjestu pod nazivom Štinjan(5 km).U mjestu se nalaze vrlo posebne,autohtone, privatne kuće sa vrtovima i zelenilom.Zastupljene su dvije trgovine mješovitom robom,škola,vrtići,crkva.U neposrednoj okolini ima nekoliko restorana i barova na samoj obali mora koje se nalazi 10 min.hoda. Mjesto je vrlo tiho i ugodno za odmor.U kući,na katu,živi nona Marija koja je jako dobar i srdačan domaćin.Dobro nam došli.

U neposrednoj blizini su kafići, restorani, dućani, šetnica i strogi centar grada sa glavnom ulicom koja vodi do najpoznatijeg gradskog trga Foruma. More je udaljeno parsto metara od stana no prve plaže su udaljene cca 2700m Aerodrom je udaljen 10km od smještaja.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
