On the first row by the sea, the Granito villa enjoys an excellent location a few meters from the sea, but also from the Piazzetta where there are markets, bars, restaurants and small shops. The living room divided into two rooms, an area with the dining table and one with the sofa and the TV and kitchen is fully equipped and functional. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. . Outside the villa is surrounded by greenery and enjoys a magnificent sea view.

Elegant and charming semi-detached villa surrounded on three sides by the property's garden with two large verandas where you can spend your vacations. Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Stintino (about 500 meters from the village, easily reachable on foot). It is only 2 km from the beautiful Pelosa beach and less than 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the area; about 30 minutes from Alghero airport and 20 minutes from the port of Porto Torres.

Our house is located in a wonderful and quiet residence nestled in the typical rock of Capo Falcone. The view is on the beautiful sea of the furry beach. Inside the residence you can leave the car without problems and walk to the sea in 5 minutes or the cliff behind the house that offers the possibility of both swimming in a landscape that seems almost lunar. We also have a new condominium pool open from mid-June to mid-September!!
