Holiday houses in Stobreč

We stayed in Stobrec on a group holiday to Split from 4th-12th June. Marija was amazing from the moment we arrived, she had Josef with her to support with translation and they explained everything to us even though we had arrived late that evening. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything that we would possibly need for a holiday. She also left us a big bowl of strawberries for our arrival, as well as coffee for the machine and herbal tea. We managed to break a shutter a couple of days in and Marija came with an engineer to fix it within 2 days (despite it being the weekend) and cleaned up everything afterwards too. Marija came to help us light the grill one evening for us to have a bbq together and offered to cook for us if we had wanted which was a really kind offer! Marija also let us stay with access to the villa until 6pm on the day of our departure due to a late flight and no bookings after ours which was extremely kind of her. We loved our stay in Stobrec

We had such a lovely time at Toni’s place! Toni is a great host — super friendly and helpful, and made us feel right at home. The house was very clean and cozy, and we really loved staying there. The garden was one of our favorite parts — full of fresh lemon trees and even cute rabbit running around. It felt peaceful and special, like a little escape. The best part? The view of the sea! Waking up and seeing the ocean every day was amazing. Overall, it was a perfect stay for us. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax

Very nice and professional host. Not so many tourist, as you would see in the center of Split, and the apartment is literally a stone's throw away from the beautiful sea.

It was a spacious accommodation where the host's cleanliness was just like the photos. The supermarket within walking distance and the beach you recommended were great! It was a pleasant accommodation with nothing uncomfortable except for the disadvantage of having to park 2 minutes away.

Oh my gosh! Mr. Damir was a wonderful host! He provided a quick walk-through tour of the apartment upon our arrival then provided us with a driving tour of the local area with some GREAT restaurant recommendations. Though Mr. Damir and his family live a few floors above the apartment, our privacy was always respected, and he allowed us to reach out to him whenever and for whatever we needed for both the apartment and just for advice about exploring the area. This 2-bedroom 2-bath apartment was a perfect size for my family of four! I have three daughters age 19, 21, and 23 and the apartment was spacious enough for ALL their luggage, clothes, make-up, and hair products. It even come with a large wall-sized mirror which allowed all three of them to do their hair and make-up together! The small kitchen area had a full sized fridge, stove, and oven which was perfect for our home-cooked meals! My daughters say "10 out of 10, would recommend"! I agree! This was a perfect and comfortable!

In short, this is the best apartment for all our trips. I believe this apartment needs to be shown to all landlords as a benchmark of a good place to stay. The apartment has everything and even more of what you need and need. There is a nice beach nearby, you can walk or drive, there are many shopping centers. You can reach the center by car in just 5-10 minutes. We are very happy that we chose this apartment. We will be happy to stay in this apartment again.

We really liked the accommodation. Our vacation here was wonderful. Jakov was very friendly and always easy to reach and also helped us directly when we needed something. We were very warmly welcomed and Jakov also gave us many useful recommendations and tips regarding activities, restaurants and beaches. In general, the accommodation was very clean and had everything you need for a longer stay and the highlight: the view! A dream! We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it.
