we were a family of 6 staying and had more then enough room. the house was perfect and had everything you needed. we enjoyed fishing off the deck and watching the manatees everyday day swimming by. the backyard was absolutely perfect to hang out and relax. Carmen is a great host and communicates fast. would absolutely stay here again.

Incredible for a family vacation. 🏝️The property feels very private, clean, well decorated, and many amenities. We tried out the paddle boards and spent a lot of time in the pool. When going to the beach, Aileen already had chairs and towels to bring! This property really is a gem. Thank you Aileen!

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was as expected based on previous reviews & pictures. The location was perfect for us to access from Key Largo to Key West easily. The pool was nice & the kids had fun snorkeling off the back dock & looking for all kinds of wildlife both on land & in the water with their flashlights after dark. We found the sunsets at the house to be better than what we experienced in Key West. If you need beach chairs and/or beach umbrella, we recommend you rent those.

The location and access to the beach and canal was amazing! We had such a fun time with the kayaks while being able to see all the wildlife and sail boats. The house was exactly what we needed. Jose was very helpful and flexible throughout our stay.

We had a great stay at Loretta’s place. The location offered a good jumping off point to explore the keys. The beach nearby along with canal access and kayaks was a huge plus. The garden area was nice though the mosquitos were intense. The place accommodated our group of 7 ppl well and everything was clean and well furnished. Overall, the place worked great for our group and we’d stay again!

The house was exactly how it was described online. Everything was well marked. Lots of stuff to do at the home. Very spacious and well maintained. There were only 7 of us, so lots of extra space. The pool is on the perfect side so your not blasted with the late afternoon sun. However, there is a huge umbrella in case it is needed. Kitchen is fully stocked so nothing was needed. There is a BBQ grill as well as a flat top which is nice for outside cooking. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillow if your a particular pillow person (we love our feather pillows), house pillows were not feather ones. If you rent here and have a boat definitely go to the Sombrero Lighthouse to snorkel. Never saw so many fish in one place. The Conch Cafe and Coast to Coast pizza are both great food restaurants and walkable from the home. Publix is so close it was a daily visit. Truly enjoyed the week stay!!!!!

This was a great place for our family. We had plenty of space to relax. The home is well stocked with linens, kitchen items and paper goods. We only had to buy groceries. The tvs had streaming services and there are two types of coffee makers!

We loved The Toasted Coconut! Everything about our stay was amazing but what made it above and beyond any place I've ever stayed, were the added accommodations. Since we flew from out of state, we were very limited on the things we could bring. Katie had a high chair and pack and play ready for my little one upon arrival! This was extremely helpful and definitely took some stress off our shoulders! Not to mention, made life easier for our 1 year old! Thank you Katie and Cody for welcoming your home to us!

What a wonderful place to vacation. My entire family had a fabulous time. A bonus was seeing the manatees in the canal. The home was very clean and was very spacious. We all highly recommend this home!!

This place was exactly like the pictures. In a great quiet location but still close enough to everything. The villa has a direct line of sight to the pool and parking is close. Pool hours are from morning until 10 pm so that was perfect for late night swims with the kids. Our stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the location. Anything we need, hosts were there to answer. Beds were comfortable and villa was clean. Would stay here again.

Very responsive! They gave us an early check in due to our flight being early. The boat was super cute and a fun atmosphere! We would definitely book again!

Place was sweet, kitchen and bathroom well stocked. We didn’t get an opportunity to try the pool or hot tub. 20 minutes to Key West!! We would stay there again.

Beautiful, well appointed home in the middle of the keys within driving distance to all the tourist attractions and restaurants. We are a 3 generation trip with grandparents and kids, and this house had it all! 3 bedrooms, each with excellent ocean views, great kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and incredible outdoor seating area! Highly recommended for families.

Our gals trip was wonderful. The pool, ping pong table, corn hole, kayaks, nice bikes, and paddle boards were great amenities to have. The home is located just a couple blocks from Sombrero Beach. All of the outdoor patio furniture was great quality. Nice appliances all around. The beds were very comfortable.

We spent four amazing days aboard the Shelly Kay with Blue Ocean Yacht Charters, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Cassey made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. She was incredibly attentive, quick to help with any questions or small issues, and always available when we needed her. The boat itself was in top shape—immaculate, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious. Our quarters were very comfortable and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the trip. It felt like our own private floating resort! Our excursion was the highlight of the stay—stunning views, smooth sailing, and such a peaceful way to explore the beauty of Key West. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a unique and luxurious way to enjoy the Keys, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

Thank you so much for such an amazing stay! We loved the gorgeous property and all the lovely decor inside! Property was extremely clean and Sandy was so kind and helpful! We spent almost every evening in the hot tub! The home had everything we neded for an awesome week and was in a great central location, close to everything we wanted to do! The cabin was cozy and super cute. It was impeccably clean. I only stayed one night but wish I stayed longer. She had all the necessary amenities. I didn’t get to use the patio since I mostly stayed out on the boat but wish I had more time to do so. Kristin had board games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, washer, dryer and everything you would want in an AirBNB. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the supermarket wasn’t too far. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I hope to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful little apartment right on Duval Street. Really was a small slice of paradise.

we had a great stay! quiet area w all the amenities necessary! the room was spotless and the kitchen was complete with all things needed to cook! the added bonus of this property being pet friendly was amazing since we brought our fur babies along.

Aqua lodges were exactly as described and just what we needed. The value was great and we had a blast staying there. Marina restaurant was really good too.

Beautiful home, we come down to fish and dive, couldn't be a better location to keep our boat and get offshore quickly. Everything is within 5 minutes of the home and the bait shop and ice is at the end of the street. Super convenient. Public boat ramp is a 5 minute boat ride away. Definitely recommend

This place was a dream come true. Greta way to detach from the everyday stress and chaos. We loved everything from the tranquility to the scenery. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding as well as some fishing. Saw some bonet head sharks and some barracuda. Caught some snapper. Can’t say it enough this place was amazing and will for sure be coming back. Thank you!!

Lovely 3 bedrrom, 3 bath space was a great space for our girls' trip. The kitchen was well-equipped buy there is a fantastic French bakery and an Itailian restaurant a short walk away. Would stay here again.
