The house has a garden with the trampoline and several playgrounds around the corner that the kids will love. In the nearby area there are cafes, restaurants and a bakery. It is within walking distance to both nature reserve & swimming jetty. Pets are also welcome. With proximity to the subway, it is easy to get to central Stockholm to explore what the city has to offer.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. There is room for up to 9 people, about room for children, study, living room. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and on the lower floor, there is a laundry/toilet/shower room. All rooms have double beds. Vällingby Centrum with lots of shops is a 1km walk. Vällingby Centrum also has a subway station that goes directly to Stockholm Central. Only booked guests can stay in the property such as Party not allowed

This is our beloved townhouse, built 2016, in Aspudden, just 12 min away from Stockholm Central Station and with walking distance to lake Mälaren. Its spacoius, with open social areas. There is a terrace on the ground floor with morning sun and a balcony on the upper floor with sun in the evening. From here you get a great view over the city. There are toys and things to play with for your kids. Aspudden is a cozy neighbourhood with cafés, a great bookstore, super-market and parks/playgrounds.

An unique townhouse (build in 1933) famous for it's functional architecture. Three floors with a small private garden. Only 20 minutes to the city and very close to lake Mälaren. Wake up to the sound of birds singing and have your breakfast at the terrace (sunny days you can relax here in the sun which will leave approx around 02:00 pm). The area is very friendly and there's no problem parking your car outside. This is the place for you who appreciate a mixture between city and suburban life.

Floor 1 has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and 2 have 90 cm bed, bedroom 3 has pull out cot. Floor 2 has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has 180 cm bed and bedroom 2 has 140 cm. The workplace is located in the bedroom. Sofa and TV on both floors. The house has toys. It does not include bed sheets/towels.
