This lovely bright house with beautiful details is perfect for the big family or group of friends. There are plenty of living areas and a total of 5 bedrooms spread over two floors. The house has a large bathroom with bathtub/shower upstairs and a smaller toilet on the lower floor. In the kitchen there is a washing machine and dishwasher. In the summer, there is a patio in the lush garden. It is free to park on the street just outside the house. The house has two sets of baby cribs, chairs and some toys.

Close to subway Fruängen and a bus stop just outside the garden. Only 15 min from Stockholmsmässan/Stockholm fair.

New studio - like a hotel room with a kitchen

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Welcome to a detached mini house located in Älvsjö. From here, you have walking distance to the Älvsjö Fair and to buses and commuter trains that take you into Stockholm city in ten minutes. The house is furnished with a 120 cm bed. Kitchenette with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Basic kitchen equipment/porcelain. Toilet/shower. There is access to a washing machine during longer stays, as agreed.
