Beautiful, cosy self contained Granny Flat nestled amongst the trees under our family home. We are approx. 15 minutes from Newcastle CBD & famous beaches. Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊

Situated at the bottom of a terrace house, overlooking one of the best surf breaks in Newcastle. The break is only 3 minutes from the studio. All linen and essentials are provided. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and public transport.

Nanny's Beachside Cottage is centrally located with only minutes walk to the beach, Bowling Club, RSL Club and one of three local Hotels. Access to Newcastle CBD is a 20 minute drive or via a short passenger ferry ride (3 minutes) which is only ten minutes walk from Nanny's Beachside Cottage.
