We really enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place. It is clean, spacious, and the views are stunning, just a short walk to Dewey beach and Sunapee town. Highly recommend! Perhaps the only (minor) downside was that the place was short on household supplies and there were no grocery stores within a walking distance.

I can only say wonderful things about this property! Everything was beautiful both inside and out. The house was very clean and organized and was also extremely well stocked. Anything that we needed we found in this house. And everyone in our group said the beds were very comfortable… which is very important to me! Erik was great with communication and very proactive. He sent us a note about a week before we checked in that had everything we needed to know; it was quite helpful. I highly recommend this home….and as an added bonus, the view is spectacular! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

The 18th century farmhouse is tucked away on a dead end street, quiet and serene. Every morning and evening I expected to look out and see a moose coming up through the bog from across the street to no avail. I did see birds, especially woodpeckers on the feeders, chickens and a cow at the front door. Michael and Melissa were welcoming hosts, the house was well equipped from the kitchen necessities to the bounty of bath towels. The restoration of the home has been done with craftsman's hand with a modern feel. It has also been decorated for the farm house look. Someone loves games galore as I've never seen that many and type in one place before, family time? I did say chickens and Melissa left us a dozen of her fresh farm eggs to enjoy. Thanks. The Grafton house was perfect for our multi-family with the big space, bedrooms, and bathrooms. We loved the living room area where we could all sit together for family games. The property and house are beautiful and the perfect Vermont vibes. As a skiing family, we liked the location between our favorite ski resorts. Raphael was a wonderful host in providing instructions before our arrival and helpful advice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Gafton house.

We rented the house for a "girls" weekend and to get away for a couple days. Because my GPS was not working as well when I got closer to the property, it was initially a little challenging to find the street, but we knew where it was after the first time. The instructions to get into the house were very clear and easy. The house was clean with the beds made and towels were available on the beds. While we didn't cook during our stay, it appeared to have all necessary utensils, pots, and pans, including a coffee maker with coffee (which we did use). Wifi worked well once we were in the house. There was a notebook with specific directions for water, trash, wifi, cleanup, etc., which was very helpful. The screened-in porch was great as we ended up spending quite a bit of time there to chat, read, and play darts. The setting itself was very peaceful with the stream running through the back of the property. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

Great getaway spot for a spring trip with the family! Enjoyed exploring the pond, relaxing in the hot tub and spending quality time in this beautiful home.

It was fantastic staying there with my groomsmen for my wedding! There are plenty of beds and the place has space to spread out and not feel clustered together. There’s even a grill for the cooking savy folks!

Our experience at Carrie's studio apartment was just what we needed after a busy day attending to a family project. The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, couches and lounging chair. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom neat and clean. Although we didn't have much time to enjoy it, a small outside porch overlooking a lower garden and an expanse of a neighbor's green lawn was an added perk. The apartment is a short walk into the village of Shelburne Falls with its diverse shops, many eateries, pharmacy (good spot for an ice cream soda), small grocery store (an organic oriented store is just across the bridge), bookstore, and very nice wine store (near the Pot Holes). Don't miss Gypsy Apple, a culinary treat for a special occasion (check for the evenings open as they are limited). Our respite at Carrie's was peacefully quiet and restorative. I have no reservations about recommending Carrie's lodging.

Vinny was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for skiing Sunapee and the space was very warm, cozy and private.

I made the right decision when I chose to stay at Jaki's place. The kitchen was fully equipped so that I could prepare my meals at home and the private deck was a bonus. The location was quiet and felt tucked away, while only being a five-minute walk to downtown. The check-in process was super easy and Jaki made it her priority to ensure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Hannah’s place is perfect for a stay in Keene. The hotels are hit and miss. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here. We come every year to visit my mom and will definitely stay here again

This cozy apartment in a beautiful, quiet setting is conveniently located close to NECCA and Brattleboro. Millicent and Tony provided numerous thoughtful touches, like local maple syrup in the fridge! They clearly care about the comfort and convenience of their guests, and were even upgrading the walkway lighting while we were there. The gardens right outside our large windows were in full bloom, and we woke to bird songs. I look forward to returning!

If you are in the Brattleboro area, I highly recommend this listing. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We were there for just one night, but were very pleased with these accomodations.

We had the pleasure of staying at Ryan’s place on Tapper Street in Ludlow, from August 31 to November 30, and it was absolutely fantastic! The house was the perfect relaxing retreat. The living room was super comfortable—ideal for cozy nights watching TV. Our kids especially loved the bunk beds, which were a big hit! The house was well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a long stay, making it feel like a home away from home. Ryan was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. His recommendation to try DJ’s Restaurant was spot on—the Cajun blackened salmon was incredible! We can’t recommend this place enough and would love to stay again in the future. Thanks, Ryan, for a wonderful stay!

Clean space, comfy solid mattress which has become a rarity among many newer airbnbs. gorgeous mountain views. and a heated pool!

We loved it. Although it’s not the newest or fanciest condo the location can’t be better right at the Clocktower Base. Our family of for had an amazing time snowboarding and exploring the area. Great restaurants close by and we will definitely be back next year.

I really enjoyed staying at Christine’s place on the lake. The condo was clean and the view by the water was great. It was super easy to check in / out. Christine was always very responsive. I would definitely consider staying again.

Great place. The deck overlooking the lake was great! The large deck over the water was a great place to hang out, and everyone we meet were friendly. Only 3 steps off the deck/dock to get into the refreshing water. The game room pool table and pool accessories were all in great shape ( Remember to bring quarters, $1.00 per a game). The internet works great we had 4 people working on laptops in the morning and no issues were observed. Will stay at again!

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The specific house number was a bit difficult to see at night, but we could find it by counting the houses from the main street. Everything inside was great and clean, and Lucia provides several amenities. Perfect for a weekend away! Thank you Lucia!

This kind of space is why AirBNB was invented; it was clearly a space where the owners also spend time, and it felt like staying at a friend’s clean, cozy home. Too many AirBNBs are basically fake hotels run by people trying to earn money with spaces they’ve never lived in, and this was a breath of fresh Vermont air! I can’t say enough nice things about this space or the hosts!
