The apartments offer comfort for 6 people; the maximum capacity is 7 people. The location of the apartments is ideal for skiing, as well as for summer hiking and cycling. At the apartments, guests can grill or roast over an open fire, and children can play in the sandbox. Right near the apartments is the Úžas pond, where you can swim or go paddleboarding. Near the apartment, there is a free play area for children.

There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.
