The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Beautiful historic coach house conversion: The site was a coaching inn, where travellers changed their horses and stayed overnight. The main bedroom wing of the coach house was built in 1580 and the sitting room wing in 1740. The building was restored in 2018, and mixes rustic charm with contemporary design. We're 30 minutes from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from Shugborough, 40 minutes from Sudbury Hall, with its museum of childhood, and only 20 minutes from the museums of the Potteries.
