Just south of the city center is the Ringebu stave church from the 13th century, and next to it is the Ringebu rectory with a great rose garden and summer exhibition of art.

The Firehouse - Thujord Farm

The firehouse at Thujord Gard was once used as a rough kitchen and house room for servants. More recently, it has been renovated to be a room for activities and overnight guests on the farm. Here you have the opportunity to stay in a firehouse from the early 1800s, located in the garden with idyllic views of Gudbrandsdalen. The house has an old-fashioned feel, but has modern facilities such as kitchen and bathroom. In season you can pick berries and fruits right from the garden, and you can see the calves grazing on the field next door.

Bring your family and friends to this great place along Glomma in Østerdalen. The property has a beach line and very good opportunities for both swimming, fishing, paddling with a canoe or kayak. In addition, an annex, gapahuk and sauna are available. Hot tub open from Jun-Oct. The cabin has three spacious bedrooms with 8 beds and the annex has in addition 3 beds. The cabin has a good standard with a new well-equipped kitchen and cozy bathroom. Laundry room and extra toilet in the basement. Great outdoor areas with fire pits.

The cabin was completed in 2024 and is characterized by good standards and exclusive material choices. The cabin is literally just a stone's throw from the ski slope. It also has a large sauna with amazing views of Hafjell. NB, the last two beds are in the daybed in the living room, so this is best suited for children. Driving times: Hafjell/Hunderfossen: 25 mins. Skeikampen: 25 min Kvitfjell: 35 min.

Large and newer cabin of 140 sqm located on Musdalsæter Hyttegrend. The destination is centrally located in the middle of Hafjell and Kvitfjell. Driving distance is 25 and 30 minutes respectively. The terrain is 800 - 900 meters above sea level. with a great view of Gudbrandsdalen and the surrounding areas. Driving distance from Oslo is 210 kilometers / 2h 25m / from the airport about 2 hours In winter, you can go straight out on ski slopes that are connected to an extensive trail network.

FISHING RIGHTS & POSSIBILITY TO RENT A BOAT BY APPOINTMENT. SUN FROM MORNING TO EVENING, WHEN IT COMES. THERE IS ONLY A CERAMIC STOVE TOP IN THE RORBUA.

She loves both people and other pets. To keep the price low, we prefer that you bring your own bed linens and clean the cabin before you leave. These services can also be ordered from us in advance. Rendalen is a great area for nature lovers: mountain climbing, skiing, fishing, hunting, trekking and exploring.
