Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with the possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in a separate building on the property. In summer, there is the possibility of a sauna raft, rowing boat, swimming beach, bicycles about 20 minutes to Boden, 30 minutes to Luleå, 50 minutes to Piteå We also have a simpler forest cabin next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Welcome to an authentic late-19th-century Swedish cottage, beautifully located in Sävast between Luleå and Boden. Surrounded by a river, forest, and open fields, it offers a peaceful and nature-oriented stay. The cottage has been carefully renovated with modern comforts for both vacation and work. Access to sauna and fitness facilities on the property. Only a 5-minute walk to ski trails, the river, and the bus. A 15-minute walk to the grocery store and a 15-minute bus ride to the city center and the train station. The airport can be reached in 40 minutes.

The cottage was completed in the late summer of 2024 and is now ready for rent. It has a very nice, sunny and private location on a headland by the Lule River. The cottage consists of a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area for 6 people, large sofa and a TV. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with laundry facilities, two bedrooms and a sauna. The cottage also has a large sleeping loft with an undisturbed view of the river. The cottage has a large furnished balcony with barbecue grill.

A vacation home located in the beautiful village of Ljusträsk. There is a kitchen and a bathroom. It is located near the lake and the woods where you can discover beautiful places. A perfect place to relax. Grill area nearby. In summer, picking berries, hiking (beautiful 9 km route around the lake), looking for mushrooms. Subboards/boat for rent. In winter, snow activities are possible. Ski slope in Arvidsjaur. In consultation, you can be picked up from the airport and you can rent a car from us.

Stuga and Auktsjaur

A small, newly renovated and cozy cottage for rent. In summer, when the days are long, you have the opportunity to fish, hike and pick berries and mushrooms. In winter, you can ride a snowmobile, ice fish and ride a dog sled. End the day with a hot sauna (rented out) with the possibility to see the northern lights directly from the relaxation room. The house is about 30 km from Arvidsjaur where you have the opportunity to shop. There is also a small country store in Moskosel (about 15 km).

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. At the top of Urberget is this newly built and modern Villa. Space for many with open living room and kitchen with great views of the hill, valley and mountain, where you can sit and look out. Wood-fired sauna with hot tub is available outside.
