This place is perfect for big families looking for a cozy and comfortable stay far from the buzzing city. It has hot tub and pool (perfect for summer getaway). We enjoyed our new year's eve celebration. Big spaces and clean. Basement is also spacious with a bar and games. Hosts are responsive and considerate.

Ariane est une personne exceptionnelle. il me manque des qualificatifs appropriés pour la décrire. on se sent chez soi dans son logement. j'y ai accueilli les amis de mon fils pour sa graduation à U Ottawa et Ariane m'a soutenu dans l'organisation. Elle est juste adorable. et son logement est un airbnb hors du commun. il nous manque juste un lave-vaisselle. mais la qualité des draps, matelas, du linge de toilette, la vaisselle de qualité, les écrans de télé dernier cri et autres nous font oublier ce petit détail sinon Ariane j'y reviendrai encore avec ma famille si de passage à Gatineau même avec des amis. je recommande fortement. ne cherchez plus ailleurs. vous ne serez pas déçu aussi veuillons à respecter ce logement, car j'imagine que Ariane y a mis tout son cœur pour rendre ce logement agréable on ne sent pas dans un sous-sol et demi. merci pour le jardin qui nous a servi juste merci Ariane

The house is very convenient, could use a bit more furniture in the living room, but overall very comfortable. The backyard is nice with a view on a forest and fire pit. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. It was very clean and welcoming.

Gorgeous old home on a beautiful property, was the perfect place and location to host our large family Thanksgiving. The house was well stocked with charming dishes and serving pieces. They left plenty of wood for the wood-stove which made the large space feel so cozy, and plenty of wood and chairs surrounding the fire pit outside. They also provided plenty of drinking water and decorated with pumpkins and mums. Bed linens and towels a fresh crisp white felt nice to curl into. If I had a choice I’d opt for some queen size beds and use of the extra bedrooms! Though realize it’s not set up for multiple families but for individuals on a retreat. It still suited us just fine and the kids loved the giant room with the bunk beds. Thank you Carolyn for another perfect weekend!

We stayed here with my sister and our school aged children. They LOVED the pool. Had some trouble getting the heat on but Patricia helped us out and was very responsive. I love Orleans, it’s pretty and quiet - it has everything you would need expect if you want something in particular in central Ottawa- it’s 30-40 min away. Overall would recommend highly for families.

Fantastic spot, will be the only place I stay when visiting family in Ottawa. Place waste pristine, Curtis was awesome, lots of memories made on the beautiful backyard with the pool/patio. Would highly recommend a stay here

our stay was amazing. just so beautiful and lived in. Khando was very patient and helpful. unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency. we will however be back . we loved the recorded player. Dance party with the Bee Gees. lol thank you so much for the memories.

This was probably the best Airbnb experience we have had. The house was super cozy, the pool a plus and the location was close to so much. The area makes us want to move to that location soon. Thank you Matt!

I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and better than described. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made for a relaxing visit. Mike’s place is very nice and spacious. He sent instructions ahead of time and was always responsive. Cozy backyard and it was tastefully furnished. I had an amazing time and will definitely book this place next time in Ottawa.

Very nice place on the waterfront, peaceful and quiet. Lots of outdoor seating. Bedrooms a bit small, not a lot of room for clothes, etc., but linens, towels and blankets very good quality, soft and cozy. A nice get away.

Tamanna’s place was amazing! We couldn’t believe how much room we had. She was very responsive and very accommodating with our requests. If I came back, I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed the weekend for a girls weekend. The home is immaculate, beautiful views, peaceful and welcoming neighbours (we seen them quick) we used the hot tub, had supper in the sunroom and sat on the back deck for hours (no patio table but that was ok with us) but did eat us alive but that’s being on the water. We couldn’t find a broom as we tracked a bit of sand in the house once the husbands brought the kids for a swim, we messaged Alan and he promptly responded. Everything was absolutely perfect, we will be staying again and again. Close to home oasis with a good nightly price point. Thank you Alan and Alisa !! Amazing hosts !!

Nathalie’s place exceeded my expectations! While the description and photos are completely accurate, what impressed me the most and not necessarily shown were all the little added touches that I don’t normally see in Airbnb rentals. Nathalie and Karl provided various food, drink, and pantry items so you don’t have to buy them and enough to have a decent breakfast! Great view, quiet, a perfect place to go to relax and unwind. I wish I spent more time there and will look to return in the warmer months.

Mike's premises is situated in a tranquil small town where air is clean, no noise pollution, and good neighborhood and it is in between two big cities: Ottawa and Montreal, too. More than that, it is pristine, well managed, modern kitchen and living room, BBQ grill is ready to use, in other words the amenities are more than complete. Mike is also responsive and supportive for his guests who visit and stay in his premises. I would definitely recommend to stay there and I would go back if I visit Montreal or Ottawa with my family. The 5-Stars from me, speaks itself.
