Chalet chaleureux à proximité de services et de loisirs diversifiés avec spa. Accès à une plage public à +/-5 minutes de voiture. Descente à bateau à 30 secondes. Parc municipale à 30 secondes du chalet avec patinoire, terrain basket, tenis/pikkle ball. Plusieurs sentiers pédestres à proximité, autant l’hiver que l’été. L’Astrolab/sentiers du mont Mégantic sont à +/- 20 min de voiture. Nous sommes directement sur la route des sommets qui est un incontournable pour les cyclistes.

This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Our cottage located directly on the lake offers stunning views of Lake Aylmer. During the day, enjoy the lake for swimming, kayaking (2 available) or fishing. In cold weather, enjoy the hot tub with lake views! If you have a motorboat, feel free to moor it at the cottage dock. Disraeli Marina is a few km away and offers gas and food services. In the evening, make a fire directly by the lake (wood provided!)
