Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment in the gingerbread house, a former factory building in central Sundbyberg. Here you live on the second floor of a magical attic, plenty of space and with a natural gathering point in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet street but the pulse is around the corner with grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. There are also nearby lakes for pleasant walks and it is less than 100 meters to the subway / commuter train / crossroad / buses.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

Perfect place to stay!! Such a peaceful house with a lovely decoration. Easy to find. Transport to the center of Stockholm is at 10mins walk, and take approx 25mins to arrive in the city. Groceries store around, with lot of restaurants within walking distance. Helena is a great host, very friendly and can recommend a lot. Her house is a step back in time surrounded by green areas. Very calm and cosy place. Would recommend 100%!!!

Een beoordeling 5 van 5. Deze plaats is aan te raden om te verblijven. Houd er wel rekening dat er naast de woning nieuwbouw gebouwd wordt. Daardoor is een deel van de weg naar de woning vanaf het metrostation Solna Strand opgebroken. Beter is om 1 halte met de metro verder te reizen en dan bus 129 te nemen. Vanaf de bushalte is de weg goed begaanbaar en is de woning 5 minuten lopen.

Herr Wissam var ett toppen värde. Välkommelsen var så varmt, rummet var så bekvämt och allt var så rent och fint. Jag här inte saknat någonting. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. Liang was friendly and easy to communicate with. I really appreciated being able to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out - it made my travel so much easier.
