In the summer, Finnvikhaugen is the perfect place to experience the midnight sun and in winter you can experience the aurora borealis. Outside, under the stars, you can enjoy a Jacuzzi for 5 people. The water is cleaned by the owner. There are several terraces with outdoor furniture, barbecue hut, woodshed, pizza oven and gas grill. In summer it is possible to rent a small boat without an engine for 30 euros.

Idyllic Storvik is a small village on the far side of the Nordland coast in the middle between Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are sea, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old village school that we in the family have transformed into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very easy, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you prefer to relax on the beach and enjoy nature from a distance, it is perfectly possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

The barn in Midnattssolveien

This is a newly restored barn completed in the summer of 2023. We have taken care of as much as possible of the old, and combined it with the new. This makes the barn a completely unique place, with a soul. 1st floor consists of hallway, bathroom with toilet and shower, hobby room, two bedrooms. The 2nd floor consists of an open solution, where part is the "main hall" with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, and a cosy sofa section. All rooms are well equipped.
