Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. Off street parking is provided We are here is assist with any queries, plans for the day, restaurant reservations etc. The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to beaches, Boulder's penguins, Cape Point, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, shopping, wine routes, award-winning restaurants, and quaint harbours. Most guests hire a car - but recently more and more are using Uber taxi We are registered with the local paramedics organization who can assist swiftly in any medical emergency.

This self-catering, beach facing home is spread over two stories and 185 square meters. The home is equipped with a beautiful covered deck with uninterrupted views of the crystal blue waters of False Bay. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities with a washing machine, air-conditioning in every bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Guests have full run of the entire property. I love entertaining and sharing my home. I will ensure that there is someone to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. This will either be me or my son Troy. We're only a SMS or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) away and will respond promptly to any questions you may have. Gordons Bay is a picturesque seaside village situated between beautiful mountain ranges and the famous False Bay coast. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs. It's an easy drive to Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, and the Cape Winelands. Daily maid service is provided every 2nd day of your stay (excludes Sunday and public holidays).

Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay.
