From the farm, depending on the season you can buy fresh eggs, honey, fruits and vegetables. Examples of excursions by bike are Mälsåkers Castle (about 4 km) or Åsa burial field (about 1 km). Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

Fresh guest apartment in the best area in central Strängnäs with a double bed and the possibility of two extra sleeping places (a little smaller) in the sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here is very quiet with a lake view and at the same time a stone's throw from the cathedral with the possibility to walk down to the pier for swimming or fishing or taking a walk along the promenade. Blombacka is next door to the mushroom forests and it takes 15 min to walk to nice beach. 15 min walk to ICA. Parking next to the house. No wifi. Shower, toilet, fully equipped kitchen including fridge and freezer included. If you are more than two, there is an extra, cozy room with a 120-bed in it that can be booked for SEK 200/night.

A home suitable for an overnight stay and simpler cooking.

Guest apartment next to the lake Mälaren

The guest apartment is on top of our double garage. The place is about 40 sqm, and the ceiling is quite low at some places (please check the photos). We live in a house about 50 meters in front of the apartment. From the apartment you reach (by foot) the train station in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the dome church in 5 minutes. We have bikes, skate ramp, SUP and other things if you wish to borrow :) Towels and bed sheets are included.
