The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. I hope my guest(s) feel like home in my place. I am present in the home with my guest(s) and I am ready to help with questions about NYC; transportation and museums etc.

Cozy safe place cross Hudson River from NYC. This room is strictly limited for one person only to control the quality of staying. Nothing fancy, but spend fraction of money to enjoy NYC. Room has Queen bed and key lock , shared bathroom with 3 other guests if fully sold out. Shared kitchen, dining room with 5 other guests maximum (3rd floor apartment has 2 guests) 2 and 1/2 blocks away from bus stop, 30 minutes $3.50 will bring you to center of NYC: Time Square. Private parking space $10/day

My place is close to Lincoln Center, the Beacon Theatre, the Folk Art Museum, Riverside Park, famous Broadway food stores like Fairway and Citarella, myriad clothing stores and every kind of restaurant and cuisine. Nearest subway is 3 1/2 blocks away at 72nd Street & Broadway. You’ll love my place because of easy and direct access to your room, the room itself, fine furniture including a playable piano, daylight, nearby park and waterfront and convenient shopping and entertainment.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

Quiet and safe FYI it is an urban area if driving in take into consideration parking is difficult at times
