We started with a dream - to preserve the authenticity of the Bulgarian village house and combine it with the coziness and all the comforts of our time. The house is located on a paved street with easy access for cars. The house has 4 double rooms and 1 triple room with a bedroom and a single sofa bed. Guests have access to an outdoor barbecue, a tavern with a barbecue/fireplace and a kitchenette, a children's corner and the Internet.

It consists of two houses plus one auxiliary. Each house can accommodate up to 12 people, has its own living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine, dishwasher, great espresso machine. Spacious outdoor terrace with barbecue. TVs in the rooms are 40", in the living room 60", have interactive TV. New air conditioners throughout the place.

There is a small pub and restaurant in Novgrad 2kms away. The nearest town is Svishtov, which has several restaurants and supermarkets.
