We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

We invite you to our house with a garden. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with a large table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the attic there is one large room and a bathroom with a shower. The house is located in a quiet area, close to Lake Rusałka, 6 km from the center, 300 m to the bus stop. We provide bicycles. In the garden, you can relax on the terrace and have a barbecue. There is a sandbox and a playhouse for children. Parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi available.

The top floor of the building and the separation from other neighbors by the top location means that during the stay you do not feel the presence of other residents of the complex. Two separate rooms, one for the bedroom, the other as a shared space with a sofa that can also serve as a second sleeping place. A separate kitchen connected to the corridor allows for a peaceful sleep.

It is a great base for exploring Poznań's main tourist attractions, as well as discovering intriguing restaurants, pubs and cafes. The apartment has a double bed, a sofa bed, a work/study area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
