our stay here was very enjoyable, Mafuz is a great host and was able to accommodate my check-in/out requests. the house is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. very comfortable beds. clean and spacious living and kitchen areas . with full amenities. good size swimming pool. outside dining and BBQ area. and for us being a musical family, the piano keyboard and karaoke was a very welcome surprise and in constant use. Amazing location with beautiful sunsets! Watch the sun go down from the patio or join the locals and have drinks and nibblies on the grassed public area in front of villa. Bike paths make it easy to access Military Museum, Museum & Art Gallery, Mindel Beach markets, sunset at Ski Club, Casino and all the city sights. We hired electric bikes for the week from Phil at Bicycle Fix. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Villa was well appointed with absolutely everything you need for your stay and many surprise items that are not found at other homes (ie. fishing rods, kayaks, staple pantry and laundry items). Thanks for the special local gifts. Comfortable beds and relaxed furniture. Perfect for our annual adult family holiday (8 adults) with plenty of different areas to come together or have your own space. Thanks for sharing your home with us Justine and making our holiday in Darwin memorable. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Our family stayed here while we had a baby then we continued our stay while our baby was in the nicu. Jeremy and Daniel were so easy to communicate with and happy to accommodate us when we had to make some changes to our original booking. The house was in a great spot, easy drive to the hospital and then right in the middle of things when we needed to stay home and have a break with our 2 year old. Great cafes in walking distance and then the jetty and the sunset playground was super close and fun for our daughter. She loved adventuring along the rocks at Nightcliff it’s such a good location. She also loved the toys & books that were at the house in the lounge room, definitely helped to keep her entertained for a few days!

If you are looking for a quintessential Darwin tropical home for a large group, this place is for you! Located on a quiet peaceful street, not far from local amenities. The home was well equipped, spotless and super comfy! It is also great value for money for large groups with very spacious rooms. The host was very friendly, we will definitely stay again :)

We had a great stay. The house had everything we needed and was exactly like the photos on the website. It was clean and tidy and a great location to access the many sights and activities around Darwin.

Lovely presented home , with everything you need , great friendly host and neighbours. Off street safe parking . You can walk to local sports & social club for food and entertainment, 8 min walk to local grocery shop , on bus route and close to main shopping centre , close to local surf club and beach. Mary Jane was friendly and communicative the whole way through. The house was exactly as described, in a nice, quiet neighbourhood. A small detail- but I appreciated the compost bin out back- love to see composting in areas where the council doesn’t provide green waste/FOGO bins. Highly recommended!

Our party of six have just returned home after spending 10 days here and we couldn't have been any happier with the house and amenities. The house is modern, spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. Our group are diverse in our requirements and this property ticked all the boxes in that respect. The private outdoor area with a large TV for us guys to watch the footy and a spa pool for the girls to relax in was an added bonus. The location is great. Secure and situated in a quiet court with two shopping centre's close by. Situated in a southern suburb we found that getting around by car was a breeze. The city and airport only 25 minutes away and close by the Stuart Hwy leading to all the Southern attractions. Jase, our host. Can't thank you enough mate. Terrific communication. Kaia was an amazing host. We had a couple of questions & she was right there to help us out. She went over & above our expectations. We throughly enjoyed our first nights of our holiday in the NT. We would love to come back again.

Amazing family home. A Tropical paradise. Walking distance to shops. Beautiful breeze from the balcony. Refreshing pool.Clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend for at least a weeks stay. The house was amazing - very clean, spacious, and modern. The pool was a big hit with the kids (and adults!) and the outdoor area was lovely to be able to sit by and supervise swimming - and the outdoor fans made it even more comfortable. The kitchen was well-equiped to throw together meals. The kids kept asking if we could just stay forever - there was a definite resort feel to the place! The house is located in a great area, close to shops, the Parap markets, and close to most attractions in Darwin. Sue (host) was a delight to deal with, incredibly accommodating even with our last minute booking. If I had any questions, she was responsive and provided me with plenty of info. We would definitely stay at this house again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Margie’s! We felt right at home immediately. The house was very spacious and it had something for everyone to enjoy. Everyone loved the outdoor entertaining area where we spent most of our time. Margie was very easy to talk to and quick to respond. We did not want to leave and would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful peaceful house in a great location to explore Darwin and surrounds. You feel like you’re up in the trees with relaxing verandahs, breezy louvre windows and a lovely swimming pool. The hosts were kind and accomodating dealing with our last minute plans and we were very grateful to find a place that allowed us to stay with our dogs, with a fully enclosed yard backing onto bushland. Would be happy to stay here again
