This apartment is private, inviting, spacious, peaceful, and brilliantly clean. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped in! We stayed here for a week while our house was being renovated, and it was a home away from home. The views of the lake and sunsets are gorgeous. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook, which we did most nights. The bed is very comfortable, and we slept well. Brian and Sue are excellent hosts. They are kind, responsive, and knowledgeable of the area. I would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely retreat!

This place was great! I stayed overnight and had very pleased with the comfortability and accommodations provided. Lucienne was very communicative throughout the process. Would definitely stay again!

John & Lina were great hosts! They were quick to respond to any communication & were very proactive in making sure that we had all the details prior to arrival. They were thoughtful & left water and snacks for us too! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get, a clean, well cared for place to stay. Kitchen was supplied well with essentials; plates, pots, pans, glasses etc. Description in ad is very accurate. We didn't visit the lot across the street so I'm unable to comment on that but you can see the lake from the kitchen & living room windows. The area is nice; we felt comfortable & safe. There is a road in the front of the home that sees a fair amount of traffic but we didn't notice any noise issues. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. I will point out that if you are a very tall person that the rooms do have lower ceilings than you may be use to; it didn't bother us. My husband & son are both 5'11 & were fine. We loved this apartment & we would stay here again.

This was my second stay at Jessica's wonderful retreat space. This time, I was in town with 2 companions for my son's graduation from Clark University in Worcester. The apt. was perfect for this purpose, as it was for my first stay. This place is an oasis away, but very convenient to Worcester, restaurants, and cultural activities of downtown. For those who like outdoor recreation, there's a lake and a fabulous disc golf course nearby. If you wanted, you could just stay on site. Jessica's grounds are lovely--beautiful, well-tended gardens, places to sit and reflect in nature. The apartment is very comfortable for a good night's sleep, and it includes an inviting common space for guests to spend time together (playing one of the board games, or if one must watch TV it's there, too, but hidden from view if you don't want it as a focal point). A great place for a quiet retreat, or for families. Plus, Jessica is always gracious, helpful, goes above and beyond. You won't regret booking!

This lovely spot perched right on the edge of a pristine lake was such a peaceful place to spend the weekend! Nothing fancy, just everything we were looking for: a comfortable, cozy space with a beautiful vista.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was private, quiet and the property was beautiful. The house was clean and extremely well stocked. We could have arrive with nothing but clothes and been fine. Carol and Vin made great restaurant recommendations. There were may great restaurants in this area. Carol and Vin were kind, responsive and helpful. We would be happy to return.

We stayed for 3 nights at Bunny's Retreat and we LOVED it. The hosts are communicative & left clear instructions. Finding the unit was easy. It has spacious parking & the walking trail is accessible from the parking space. The unit is located on the 2nd floor. Don't worry about the stairs. They are wide & clearly marked with glow in the dark stripes. My 20 months old son had no problem climbing them with little help. Once we entered, the AC was already on. We appreciate the gesture because it was a hot day when we arrived. We turned it off during the night and days after because turned out the unit was quite cool with trees surrounding it. The living & dining room area is more spacious than it looks on the picture. It's not the cold modern minimalist apartment; it is very homey & comfy. King bed was comfortable, my son had no problem sleeping. The whole unit was squeaky clean. Hot water ran well. We cooked for our son & had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very recommended.

Our experience at Carrie's studio apartment was just what we needed after a busy day attending to a family project. The apartment is spacious and nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, couches and lounging chair. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom neat and clean. Although we didn't have much time to enjoy it, a small outside porch overlooking a lower garden and an expanse of a neighbor's green lawn was an added perk. The apartment is a short walk into the village of Shelburne Falls with its diverse shops, many eateries, pharmacy (good spot for an ice cream soda), small grocery store (an organic oriented store is just across the bridge), bookstore, and very nice wine store (near the Pot Holes). Don't miss Gypsy Apple, a culinary treat for a special occasion (check for the evenings open as they are limited). Our respite at Carrie's was peacefully quiet and restorative. I have no reservations about recommending Carrie's lodging.

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

I highly recommend this airbnb. It was spacious, lovely, and well stocked. Jenny has thought of everything anyone could possibly need while away from home. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere so well appointed. In addition, the space was beautifully set up, peaceful and quiet. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

We stayed at the downtown apartment for two nights. Fabulous location and spacious loft like vibe. If you are looking to walk out the door and enjoy everything Northampton has to offer without having to get in the car, it’s a perfect spot.

Viktoriya’s place was a perfect place for a quick stay! Lots of windows to open for a breeze to come in to cool down the place! Viktoriya was very responsive and flexible. My flight landed at 1 and she let me check in early, free of charge! I’ll be back in Hartford this time next year and I would come back here!

Place was very nice and as described! It even felt more spacious than the pictures showed. You could definitely hear neighbors/people outside talking but that's to be expected. Putting on white noise at night worked perfectly to drown out any voices so it really wasn't an issue.

Great place! Everything was very nice. The extra "goodies" (fresh fruit, coffee, ...) were appreciated. If I'm ever in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Sandra's place is private, clean, and well-appointed. We hardly had any problem finding this place, and it is fairly close to all necessary amenities - highways, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. You need a car to have this place as a base, but all amenities are within 5-10 minute ride of this place. The best thing about this apartment is it is WELL FURNISHED. Pretty much what we need for a comfortable stay, it had. Be it comfortable bed(s) with pillows & comforters, clean bathroom with fresh towels & toiletries, a really well-equipped kitchen & pantry. We enjoyed the space. Sandra is also very responsive and took care of any of our requests immediately. Thank you, Sandra. A wonderful place, and great place for families! Viji & Kumaran

Falcon's Nest was a fabulous place to stay in the area - everything there was clean and spotless, a truly homey feeling right from the start. The house itself is stylishly done - starting from architectural elements and through small details around the house. The grounds outside are breathtaking - there's an awesome hot tub, grill, fire pits, and a lake - beautiful nature all around. Location is very convenient to all landmark sights in the area and a variety of hiking trails. Johny and Kate were incredibly accommodating - quickly responding to all our questions and providing valuable recommendations. Overall, this was a great experience that exceeded our expectations!

Brittany is an incredibly kind and responsive host. Everything in her place is pristine and lovely, making for very comfortable accommodation! From an easy check-in to a great location for enjoying all the local activities and restaurants, it’s a great choice. I do wish I’d taken the very few reviews that mentioned street noise more seriously because one of my family members is a very light sleeper and had an extremely hard time with the constant traffic that doesn’t really end at any point in the night or early morning, and the beeping at the crosswalk (we think that was just a temporary issue given no pedestrians were crossing most of the time). The noise machine and ear plugs that Brittany thoughtfully provides didn’t help them, unfortunately.

We needed a place to stay a couple days for Amherst graduation access, and this worked out perfectly. It was a few minutes from campus, town, and easy to find. Comfy bed and linens, coffee, quality furniture, and squeaky clean. Even though it's connected to the main house, we didn't have any contact with, or hear our host for the weekend. It's a perfect place for a small group, low-key family stay.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian
