We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach Casa! The home was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Just a short walk to the beach, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The host was super friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

Amazing stay in the heart of Barreto. Convenient and tasty cafe downstairs. Helpful staff and friendly atmosphere. Overall would stay again when coming back to Subic bay.

The place was nice and had everything we needed. We got there early and Jennifer was kind enough to let us park and use the cabana until our room was ready. We ordered breakfast and it was delicious. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beach, the water was so clear and refreshing. Thank you again for a wonderful stay

My family and extended family really enjoyed the stay. The staff were very attentive and respectful. The amenities are really practical. Really, a great place to stay most specially if you just want to have a home at the beach away from home ☺️☺️☺️

The place was nice. We enjoyed our stay! If I would suggest something that would be access sana to internet connection / wifi even inside the rooms not just in common areas. The host, Ms. Aurora was very informative and accommodating.

The place was in the heart of the city. Its nice cos its near everything. We booked last minute and arrived 7 in the evening and glad we were still accomodated. The room was clean. I like how soft the bed was. We were surprised for the free breakfast given by the hotel staff. Overall nice place.

It was a great stay overall. I liked that the place prioritized spots for the garden; it added to the coziness of the common area. The megabox that contains all the kitchen essentials is a perfect idea, so guests do not need to wait for their turn to cook, and there are plenty of stoves to use. There are also assigned cottages on the beachfront, even for the rooms in the garden side. It seems that the place is very well thought out. Highly recommended 👌

Great amenities and value for the price of the stay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, even helping us find a nearby beach where we could swim.

We celebrated my best friend’s 30th birthday here! We love that staffs are all friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are exactly as what is posted and a plus because the host is very responsive. Breakfast for 2 is provided 🤍 Since the building is renovating, you can slightly here some construction works, but won’t bother your stay at all. I wish for them to continue renovating the place and transition to a better lock system like having keycards, etc. Thank you!

Listing is 2mins away from the beach. Super lawak ng room, good para saming 12 guest. Host is very responsive. Super bait ng host at ate Elena. Ate Elena always make sure that everything will be taken care of. Si Panda ang mamimiss namin super.

Perfect place for relaxing and chilling! It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which made our stay even better. The owner is super nice, and Kuya JM, the caretaker, is very accommodating and friendly. The place is peaceful, clean, and feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely come back!

Casa de Simone exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t ask for anything more. The owners are very warm and kind, the workers are very nice, the place is super clean and well decorated. We felt at home the moment we stepped inside the villa.

Best accommodation in liwa for me if you're traveling by group 💛 max 6 people inside the room but I bet, they can max it to 8 since the room is spacious inside. It's so clean and dust free, you can lay down sa sahig ng hindi mangangati. Plus, they have sari sari store with everything! Their kitchen is well equipped and clean too!. They have ihawan and fridge already and pang baga. It's so peaceful and no curfew for noise. They already have tables and chairs for your barkada. A few minutes away from the beach but their beach part is the cleanest in liwa tbh. Will definitely book this one again!

We are extremely happy with our AirBNB stay! It had everything we needed. My wife had a strong home internet to work, there was a basketball court and swimming pool so that I could exercise, and the overall home was so comfortable. It is a glass home that brings in a nice sunlight and the balcony gives a beautiful view of Bataan. Above all was the hospitality! Clarizze and her husband were the nicest people and so accommodating to us. If we needed anything, they were always quick to respond and were always happy to help. The area is far enough that you will feel at peace but close enough to the main road that you will have all your needs from food to stores to go to. We will 10000000% come stay here again some day because of the beautiful property, but also the amazing hosts.
