Beach house holiday rentals in Subic Bay

We had a wonderful time at Ms. Luz's place! The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. The location was clean, and Ate Tess, the caretaker, was very helpful and responsive. We definitely recommend this place. Thank you for having us!

The place was very easy to find and we were welcomed by the caretaker the moment we arrived. ate ria is also very responsive in all my queries and needs. The linens, towels and all other amenities were enough for my family of 12pax. the location is great too as you are surrounded by a lot fo small stores and just few minutesa way from the market and the beach. it has direct access to the public beach. Sir alain on the other hand was also very responsive. Overall we have a wonderful stay in this place.

The house is cozy and clean. Kitchen tools and utensils are available. There's Wifi and a smart tv. The neighborhood is quite friendly too. We're very amazed with the aircon and refrigerator, they look a bit old, but they're both freezing cold!!! The location is easiest found if you search for "TRISHOME" using Waze or Google Maps. It's about 25 minutes away from Subic Bay Freeport Zone; 50 minutes away from Camayan Beach. Lots of sari sari store and markets nearby. Great stay for family and friends, and I love that pets are welcome too 🥰

What you see is what you get. The entire place and surroundings just looked like what’s in the photos and listing. Exp we’ve encountered: 1) Wifi wasn’t available during our stay, but the host and caretaker did their part to give us load for data use — although, at first, no backup plan was offered. Overall, we had a great stay and our team enjoyed. Caretakers were nice and the host as well. Thank you so much for your kind assistance. We do appreciate it. Until the next! :)

Despite the bad weather throughout our stay, we had a comfortable time at Ms. Quie's place. The kids enjoyed the pool and games provided. The caretaker also assisted us in preparing lunch, we were able to go to the nearby market to buy fresh seafood. Ms. Quie also responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We appreciated the free Anvaya Cove passes. While the weather was out of anyone's control, the amenities and host's hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

Me and my family enjoyed every minute of our stay in the villa. The host and ate charlene the caretaker are very accommodating and response quickly.

The place was as advertised - a peaceful getaway from the bustle of the city. The rooms and amenities were new and functional. Beds were comfortable. The pool was spacious and clean. The housekeeper (Mel) was also very approachable and helpful. Would recommend this place to people looking for a private retreat with a view of Subic Bay.

The place looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean and spacious. Every inquiry we had were answered quickly - communication was easy with the hosts. The caretaker was also very nice and our requests were immediately taken care of. Our family had a great time! :)

Great Place, beautiful house and the design. Close to the sea, beach is beautiful and no people there. Great family time. We had some technical issues- no water on the upper floors almost everyday or very low pressure of water. I'd strongly suggest to cover the tools and all the items from the housekeeper's accommodation area as it spoils the beautiful surroundings of the villa. Wonderful Place with minor imperfections

Loved our stay at Fei’s place. She was prompt to respond to our messages for a last minute stay. The housekeeper was friendly and helped us find the place on the phone. The place was gorgeous and well priced with amazing views especially at sunset. Would recommend this stay to everyone wish i could have stayed longer

Our host was so kind and attentive. Lahat ng needs namin Bago pa dumating sa venue, naihanda, inasikaso talaga nila! 💯💯💯 Beyond the venue and amenities, they accommodated all our requests and simply made our stay at Moja's resort simply memorable. Best for groups with kids! It was the best playdate and sleepover for our kids ever! We would also like to commend the guest attendant Kuya RJ: very attentive, Ang liksi kumilos! Enjoyed our stay. Very tahimik malayo sa crowded place. Enjoyed the outside view and the nature environment. The host is so kind that he allowed and provide our requests. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Ms Mildy is super accommodating, very responsive and proactive in sharing recommendations. The place is within Alta Vista Subdivision, a very peaceful place yet accessible to so many places. Right outside the village is the Baloy beach resort while Barreto Beach is only 2-3 minutes drive. Inflatable island is also very near (more or less 5 min drive) so you don’t need to worry of wasted travel time. It’s home away from home because after the whole day in the beach, we get to relax watching Netflix.

The house is clean and ideal for group stay. It can accomodate about 12 with master bedroom. Its fully furnished. All you need to bring is your grocery. It is about two minutes walk to the beach where you can enjoy a boat ride.

Ms. Mildy is very responsive! 🥰 When I saw her posting, I sent her a message right away and she answered all my inquiries. My friends told me that I did great in searching for accommodation. It was all thanks to host! The place is clean and you can do everything there because the place has complete tools you need. Perfect for staycation. Though, the weather is not good when we got there, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay 💕 I hope I can book again, but next time, with my family 💕
