Se poate parca in fata casei, este sens unic cu foarte puțin trafic, strada luminata noaptea. Nu dispunem de aer conditionat, iarna temperatura interna medie este 22/23 grade. Camera principala are 4 X 3 m include canapea extensibila si o zona de gatit. Baia este privata. Aveti acces la conexiune la internet prin cablu direct, TV si Netflix.
