We always received support from Vladimir, the house is very nice and comfortable. Perfect for a trip to Mazatenango close to downtown and with a magnificent view of the volcanoes.

Very good place from which to discover Santiago and all the surrounding areas. Also, great if you need a small break and want to disconnect. Thank you!

We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

Excellent accommodation! The house was impeccable, everything was very clean and in order. The super comfortable and cozy environments. The pool definitely gives it a Plus. All in all, everything is excellent. We were delighted, we would definitely return

Great place to disconnect, not much outside (CC stores etc) so it's better to take everything but once inside everything is fine . Hot water, pool , air conditioning. Everything was great ! Recommended.

Everything is very clean, close to the hostels and easy access, the pool needs a little maintenance and garden areas but the apartment is very functional. There are many friendly cats and dogs.

A perfect place to spend a quiet stay and enjoy in the company of friends, the host had excellent service and communication.

The Lake House was waterfront in an unbelievable location—the pictured didn’t do the views justice! The house was walkable to the center of town but there were always tuk tuks around if you didn’t feel like walking. The Mikaso Hotel next door was very convenient to grab a meal or a drink. The house was very spacious and we made great use of both patio decks. The location is a bit buggy but that should be expected right on the lake. The house had everything and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to San Pedro!!

The stay was amazing, they quickly solved the problems and Dani was looking out for us all the time. A pleasant atmosphere and the neighbor was friendly and attentive. My family and I were happy.

Marlene and her sister’s hospitality was amazing! Very proactive and checked in with us a couple of times and she responded very quickly to any questions I had! The area was very peaceful and quiet! We were there for 7 days! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back soon!

Acaso De Marina really loved it is a beautiful spot very clean spot just like the description of the photos is an easy place to find. I felt like En Casa very cozy and with very good amenities I really recommend it and I would rent it again

Our stay was incredible. I took my entire family Of 16+…. The views are breathtaking, with so many fun activities without even leaving the house. The hospitality was also a great bonus! Pedro, the house guardian is very attentive. Highly recommend booking Juliana for your breakfast needs, she was also great! 😊 Carlos, is great as far as communication goes, very patient and friendly. We all gave this place a 10/10 We’ll definitely be back soon! Ps…there are some massive stairs down to the pool/ lake. The walk down is easy but the walk up is some work! Be ready for some good cardio

Good location for going to recreational centers. Place in a gated community. Pleasant environment.

Location is secure, within walking distance to everything. very close to the embarcadero, so that is a plus. The caretaker stays on grounds with you in a seperate living quaters. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Melissa and Hector!

Lovely, large traditional house with nice bigs rooms and a balcony with a brilliant view. Quite loud in the mornings due to local animals, but we slept through easily enough. Would recommend as a great less touristy accommodation!
