We renovated a house and finished the interior to make it a modern home.It can accommodate up to 8 people.This is a family-friendly facility that does not require privacy.There is one air conditioner on the first and second floors.The building is 72 m². It is a 2-story building with 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room.The 2nd floor can accommodate 6 people.There are 2 people on the 1st floor. If there is a request for distribution, we will comply with it.If not, the Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor is preferred. On the first floor, there is a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom. One car parking is free.It is narrow, so large vehicles are not allowed. Free pocket WiFi is available. There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Amenities and towels and dryers are prepared for normal living.Please check the inside of the room on the image or Youtube. Convenience stores and supermarkets are about 3-7 minutes' walk.It is a 12-minute walk from the station.

This is a luxurious rental of a newly built, modern Japanese-style detached house that can accommodate up to 11 people. Free parking is available for 2 cars, so you can use it as a base for your trip to Kyushu. The main bedroom is equipped with a projector with an electric screen, and we have a contract with U-NEXT, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and dramas on a large screen. You can also enjoy stylish dining and drinks in the balcony area, where chairs and tables are available. The large living dining room is complete with a wooden single board table that can accommodate up to 8 people, and the sofa is a hotel-specified high-quality L-shaped sofa, providing a comfortable sitting experience. We are fully equipped with a washer and dryer, so you will have no trouble doing laundry even if you are staying for consecutive nights or long stays. We have a Nespresso coffee maker to help you relax from your travels. A map of nearby restaurants is available in the guidebook, so please use it as a reference for your meal.

This is an attractive accommodation that can be easily accessed from two stations, a 6-minute walk from JR Kagoshima Main Line Minami Fukuoka Station and a 6-minute walk from Nishitetsu Zassho Station. There are restaurants, convenience stores, banks, 24-hour supermarkets, shopping streets, and bus stops nearby, making it a very convenient location. The new Nishitetsu Sakura-Nariki Station opened on March 16, making it even more convenient! Smooth access to the airport, Tenjin, Hakata station, Dazaifu Tenmangu, Lalaport Fukuoka, Canal City Hakata, etc. from the station and bus.
