Condo was great. Exactly as described. 2 minute walk to the large heated swimming pool and beautiful ocean view. Shuffle board and ping pong available to play near the pool area. Safe, quiet, gated condo community. Within short driving distance to many great restaurants and activities. Frank responded within hours and answered my questions. We would recommend this rental and would gladly stay here again!

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

Perfect spot for a long weekend beach getaway! This was our first time visiting the Florida Keys, and we loved being right on the water with a small beach area to ourselves. The space was ideal for our group of friends, and the location was great—close to local bars and restaurants, some within walking distance or just a short drive away.

We (two couples) enjoyed a great week here. Being on the canal was nice, outside sitting spots were great. The house had plenty of cooking supplies needed. Was a tad bit smaller than I expexted, but worked out just fine. Remember to bring your shampoo, body wash etc as it's not provided. Comfortable and bright, was quiet even with boats going by. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first family trip to the Keys and this location in Marathon was ideal! The condo was welcoming, beautiful and spacious for our family of 3. The balcony was our favorite place, which overlooked the pool and the seashore. The beach was lovely for shorter walks and just "being" with the ocean. Fun seashells & hermit crabs at low tide! Lots to do in the area -- definitely hoping to return next year. Mike was fantastic host & super helpful with questions.

Had an amazing weekend getaway. Booked the day of and host was extremely helpful!! I do wish there were more toiletries as I had to end up buying some extra shampoo and conditioner but definitely not something that was a big bother. The outside patio was so peaceful and the entire place was clean and neat when we got there. Would definitely come again!

The house was very clean and inviting upon arrival. Nice location short drive to great restaurants and local grocery stores also less than 5min walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We were able to meet Tim and he was a lovely host. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to come back in the future!

10 out of 10 stay. Beautiful, serene property where we often felt we had the mangrove and key to ourselves. Several days were spent on a recurring rotation of kayaking, pool, hot tub, repeat. Perfect distance from Key West for adventuring there, but plenty on Cudjoe Key and Big Pine if you don't want to venture to the hustle and bustle. Sincerely hope to return!!

We had an incredible stay in Venture Out in this home. We needed a place to dock our 24 ft boat and we were able to keep it right behind the house in the canal. There was a hose for washing down the boat and flushing the motor each night which was great. We were able to boat to Marathon, Key West, and Content Key although pretty long trips, we could do all three and that's why we stayed in Cudjoe. The home was perfect for the three of us and there were plenty of restaurant options both by car and boat. We would definitely book again. Thanks!

Absolutely outstanding rental. Don’t change a thing. Fabulous location on the water in the center of the Keys. Super comfortable furniture, super well-stocked kitchen. Love that everything in this unit was good quality. Nothing was cheap, we really appreciated that. Quiet & relaxing. Our only gripe was we couldn’t find the place initially. We were following written directions sent by the management company that had not been updated; turns out the ‘turning point building’ no longer existed. The road into the complex looks more like a parking lot. We also initially didn’t receive our entry code, but it came immediately after we notified the management company. Then we got a second (and different) code, but one of them did work. The A/C wasn’t working well during our stay; however It was fixed a day & a half after notifying the management company.

We absolutely loved our stay and would book this place again! The beds were incredibly comfortable! The house, especially the kitchen, is stocked with everything you will need and more! A boat launch is down the street within the Key Colony community, which was perfect! Peaceful back patio area with a pretty view on the canal. The house includes very impressive upgrades, so nicely done!!

Carrie's place was absolutely beautiful! it was so clean, the beds were insanely comfortable, and there were tons of linens and towels for everyone. We very comfortably fit 8 people into the home with no problems. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and we were all blown away. Carrie was extremely responsive and friendly. We were here for our wedding and had our wedding party stay here so it was extra magical. The pool and hot tub is super close, elevator to help with our bags, and the resort itself is gorgeous. 10/10 would stay again. We loved it so so much! Don't miss out.

The place was as described. Check in was easy and Desy even allowed us to check in a bit early due to my son having a fever. The linens and accommodations were clean and the condo set up was very nicely. The property is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The pool was clean and we enjoyed the area that sold food and drinks by the pool. This was a nice place to unwind after being on the water fishing for 6-8 hours. Very comfortable, private, and peaceful.

This is a top notch airbnb. Excellent communication from the host, extremely clean, well stocked condo, generous supplies beautiful decor. We stayed 8 days in the condo and felt right at home. Loved the large pool. We caught many fish and cooked at the condo all but 2 evenings and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Really appreciated the assortment of coolers provided for day trips. Thank you again, John!

Absolutely perfect for a honeymoon getaway, quiet perfect amount of space for us, the set up was great with 2 bathrooms and a huge walkin closet, the couches were super comfy, the TV was big enough to see from across the room, we enjoyed everything about it. Got to meet some of the neighbors and they were all very welcoming and enjoyed talking to them. Scott had some great local recommendations and we enjoyed everything.

This condo is perfection! Close to the pool and private beach. Amazing views too! We felt right at home when we walked in. Highly recommend this place for 2 couples or a family looking for the perfect Keys getaway. Nicole was super responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. 10/10!!

The location couldn't be better. Large deck with view of the ocean in distance, very nice large pool just steps away, very quiet (except occasional airplanes - well, it's a small island after all) and the 5:00 pm fog horn last-boarding-warning from the cruise ship in port... kind of appropriate since the building's architecture looks a bit like a cruise ship - added to the vibe. Oh the SUNSET VIEW!! Within walking distance to the best part of Duval, the best restaurants and less than 15 minute bike ride to the best (Ft Zachary) beach. We Will be back if we can!!

Our first time visiting the Keys and Celia’s place made it wonderful! Located in a very nice, quiet, and safe community her condo is like new and so well cared for. Perfect size for our two couples. The decor and furniture is very nice, bright and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the private beach was nice for a more natural experience. The furnished patio had a great view of the pool and ocean. Celia is a wonderful host! Very helpful and a great communicator.
