We had a great stay at Royanifer Villa. It was easy to find, easy check in as the villa's staffs lives around the villa, so they're always on stand by. Pak Ronald's even let us in for early check in since the villa was already available and there was no guest staying prior. The villa is exactly as described and as photos, even better in real. It's very spacious, has a very nice hugel pool, not to mention the view.. it's magnificent! Has an area for badminton as well, which is fun! The AC in every room works perfectly. It was worth the value for a villa that big and everything that comes with it. We had no issue at all. Would love to be back again. Thank you for accommodating us👍🏻

all facilities are exactly as listed in the application. The house is very clean and comfortable. The owner and caretaker of the villa are very responsive and communicative. Had a great stay here. The place is very quiet and peaceful. customer service was very responsive in helping us checking in and solving problems, the light suddenly go off and they had a person came to check and fix it. the electronic devices operate without any problem overall it was a great experience staying here. thank you

Tons of paragraphs will not fit because the villa almost too good to be true. Everything was a perfect as it seemed online. Cindy is the most thoughtful host because the villa contains everything your needs. Kitchen equipment and dining utensils are very complete with various size. Don’t forget each room is provided with an extrabed with extra pillow and sheets so it can fit up to 30 people. The bathroom is excellent built with Paloma brand 👍🏻 The staff mr Apud provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. Definitely will be back!

The place is clean! At first I thought it would feel old, but the villa was very clean and comfortable to occupy. Pak Illyas was very responsive and very helpful in the beginning to checkout. There are many extra beds that are already available in the room (without being asked) and also provided sheets & towels that are still clean and also fragrant, so it's super comfortable Cooking & eating utensils are also very complete so my family and I don't have to bother looking outside. Overall a great stay, interested in coming back and staying again

I had a great stay at Eka’s villa. The house is clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped—everything I needed was there. The pool is spotless and well-maintained, which really impressed me. While the villa is located in an older housing complex, I actually liked it because it’s peaceful and quiet. Eka and Mang Adeng, the housekeeper, were both incredibly helpful and made the stay even more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

It’s incredibly spacious, with plenty of rooms and generous living areas, making it perfect for both family gatherings and corporate events. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the option to BBQ adds a fantastic touch to the stay. One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly this place is. Our furry friends were beyond happy, running around freely in the expansive outdoor space. We genuinely hope to return here one day. This place is an absolute gem in the Puncak area. the perfect place for family staycation not far from Jakarta. Plus point is we can use the club house's facility makes it perfect for family with young children as we can use the swimming pool.

Had a great stay overall — the place was clean, cozy, and the host was super responsive. Just a heads-up: one of the bedrooms has a bathroom located outside the room, which might be a bit inconvenient for some. Other than that, everything was smooth, we enjoyed our time and would come back!
