What a fabulous villa and team, from the amazing welcome to the departure, nothing too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome by all. On an arrival we were welcomed with a drink and fruit and all the friendly happy team, the villa was even better than the pictures, very quiet location with the sound of the waves to keep you company. A few restaurants near by for eating out, takeaways. However our best meal without a doubt was prepared by April and the team, the food was amazing. The hosts and the team, Wayan, April, Tata, Kadek, Ratna and Anggun, thank you for making our stay the best, flowers and cake on our birthday and anniversary was a lovely touch. Thank you

Our stay in Ubud was nothing short of magical, and it all started with Pande. The home was even more beautiful in person—peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by the natural beauty of Bali. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, Pande was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly. The amenities were perfect, and every recommendation he gave us—from food to activities—was spot on. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having the best possible experience. Staying at Kadek’s villa was an absolute dream. The villa itself was even more beautiful than I imagined, stunning natural surroundings, and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Both immediately available from our arrival, despite our unexpected flight, with a beautiful welcome. The accommodation was lovely, very clean, and the direct contact with nature was the icing on the cake. Casa Papaya was a dream! The hospitality of the management team (Gusty) was beyond words. They greeted us with fresh fruit, coconuts, and a sweet note. All the facilities for a comfortable stay were there - new dishes and kitchen appliances, coffee machine with pods, fresh towels, fresh hotel-like bedding. But the best part is the aura of this villa. I felt at home. The village of Kedungu is small and cozy, with little pretty secret spots. The management even had those places printed as suggestions in stylish personalized booklets. The management was also very responsive for any needs. I fell in love with the place, had the best “cinematic” memories made there, and cannot wait to come again <3

This place was GREAT! It was our favorite out of 3 airbnbs we stayed at in bali. Great look, AC worked great, and the property manager was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again

Ketut was very helpful and clear with how to access the property and recommending places to go. It was clean and beautiful, although slightly difficult for the scooters to find so a name for the villa with a sign at the beginning of the path would be helpful. Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful spot with an amazing swimming pool. Clean rooms and the open bathrooms were private and well presented. We found our favourite restaurant of our whole trip just a few feet to the right of the driveway which was a real bonus. Also it’s only 15 minute walk to Lovina beach where there’s lots of other restaurants too. The only downside is that while there’s 4 fabulous bedrooms with en suites, we travelled with 6 of us and the only place we could all come together was in the open dining area. The living spaces are spread over 2 levels and there’s not an area within these that you can all lounge together on couches. Plus as it’s all open, we usually had mosquitoes around, so everyone retreated to their bedrooms reasonably promptly so there wasn’t as much family chill time as we had in other locations.

Wow, this place is so special. I moved here from their other listing (Balian River Hut) because I loved it so much and didn’t book for as long as I would have stayed. So I opted over next door and this place is equally magical and quite different. It’s nice to have a full fridge and the garden out front between you and the river is SO stunning. There are red hibiscus and plumerias and so many different beautiful plants. The tub out front on the deck is magical. This beds here don’t have mosquito nets but I didn’t need them because I just kept the bedroom doors closed during the day. The support from the hosts and everybody they hire are so kind and enjoyable to see each day. I felt so tended to by Komang and the land. I rarely see anyone but maybe 1 or 2 people coming to bathe in the river at sunset every so often. It feels really peaceful, safe and nourishing. I almost never left the property I was on and I could easily live here for months. I highly recommend.

Our stay at the Villa Oasis was absolutely AMAZING! Gede, Kadek and his wife, the lady who came to clean, everybody was exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful. Gede showed us around beautiful Bali and suggested spots to go explore. He also gave us a lot of background information on traditions and culture. We spend several days with him adventuring around the northeastern part of the island. Kadek went out of his way to make us feel at home. He got us the fresh fruit we loved so much, surprised us with local dishes and together with his lovely wife and son took us out to eat at a beautiful warung several times. He even arranged for a very friendly woman to come to the villa and give a wonderful, relaxing massage. My boyfriend and I had an absolute dream vacation in Bondalem,- MATUR SUKSMA!

Wow.. From the moment I booked the villa to the time I left it was magical.. Communication was prompt and Ari and the team were amazing, nothing was too hard and always a smile.. The villa is as pictured and picture perfect with breathtaking views, fire flies and geckos remind you that you truly are in paradise in the jungle.. It was incredible villa with all you need including 2 bikes for free which is so comfortable. It’s quite place with nice view . And Mrs Rani was so kind preparing the breakfast for us and providing any service that we needed. Thanks for having us

What an incredible stay. Great communication from the get go, very attentive and organised for us an evening massage. The accommodation is as stunning as the pictures make out. Over looking Ubud jungle making you feel at one with nature. Accompanied by the sound track of the smaller local waterfall and all jungle critters was an experience to remember. Everything was very clean and tidy , our host was incredibly welcoming and helped us arrange travel for the following morning. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to escape the busy streets and ‘want a ride’ chaos. To relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Be advised however the track to the larger waterfall can be slippery, so sensible footwear to be advised or just take it slow - but a great view once you get there

Our time at Nusa Lembogan was incredible not only were we impressed with the Villa, it was beautiful but the service we received from Nova and Kadek made our stay incredible. Nothing was too much trouble from restaurant recommendations to snorkelling they treated us like family We will always be thankful we chose to spend time with their villa.

We came back here the second time and had the perfect stay again! Agnes‘ place is a beautiful quiet oasis and still close to town. The house is in really good shape, the beds are super comfortable, the pool is so nice and watching the sunset on the lounge outside is everything! Thank you so much - we will be back again for sure!

Kerry’s place was incredible. One of my favorite stays in the entire world. An easy way to experience delicious Balinese food nearby, while having relaxing privacy. I had a great massage while I was there. The pool is very clean and always perfectly warm. I want to come back!!! It’s a special place. The manager Wayan and his wife were so sweet and kind. They made the stay extra special.

We had an amazing time staying at this house! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described – clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts was how quiet it was – no noise at all, just the sounds of nature – yet we were only minutes away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and yoga studios. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor space was ideal for relaxing with a book or enjoying a quiet morning. Communication with the hosts was excellent – friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, well-located getaway.

Amazing villa, looks exactly like -if not better- than the photos. The location is perfect. Quiet, but near the main road and close to all the best spots in Seseh. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

We had a truly amazing 3-night stay at Mahajiva. The bamboo villa is completely private and surrounded by lush jungle—pure serenity. The pool has a beautiful forest view, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They stayed in touch throughout our stay, brought Grab orders straight to our villa, arranged in-room massages, and kept everything clean and bug-free—even though the villa is open to nature, we were never bothered by insects. A special thank you to Elsya for taking such good care of us—she even brought us raincoats so we could enjoy the outdoors during the rain! If you're looking for a peaceful, private, and unforgettable stay in Bali, I highly recommend Mahajiva. I’ll definitely stay longer next time I visit.
