Cozy one room apartment near the center and the sea. Developed infrastructure. The apartment is located in a new house. On site security is 24/7. There is also a children's playground and pharmacy in the complex. You will have access to the entire apartment and public infrastructure of the complex. I'm available most days. You can reach me for any questions you may have. You can park your car in the free parking lot under the windows. The neighborhood is the intersection of many public transportation.

Comfortable, bright apartments for 2 people. Spacious kitchen - studio with en-suite bathroom and beautiful patio. 15 min drive to the nearest beach, opposite the house there is a public transport stop. There are shops, cafes nearby. The fitness club is directly in front of the house. The apartment has everything for a comfortable holiday : wifi, TV, clean linen, towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, grill in the yard and swing. Локация этих апартаментов великолепна. Две минуты до Дюка и Потемкинской лестницы. Три минуты до ансамбля Воронцовского дворца с колоннадой - символом Одессы. Прогуляйтесь по Приморскому бульвару, посмотрите на порт и прекрасные морские виды. 5-6 минут пешком до Оперного театра. До пляжа 30 минут не торопясь через парк Шевченко вдоль моря. Мансардный (4) этаж старинного дома. Лифта нет. Вы сможете парковать автомобиль в переулке, вечером обычно нет проблемы припарковаться.

I really liked the apartment and the owner! They allowed us to check in earlier, which was very convenient. The apartment is clean, bright and cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay: washing machines, hygiene products, hair dryer, iron, dryer, tea, coffee, air conditioning and smart TV. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We recommend it!☺️

Many thanks to Irina for her hospitality! Due to the fact that the previous day in the house was free - I was able to accept us earlier and we were sorting things out of the train to run to the meeting of the sea) a very cozy and pleasant house in which love and family are invested - it is felt in various small trinkets (even on the lamp, which helped during the lights out) Irina is a very friendly and pleasant hostess, thank you very much and we are waiting to return to you! If you are looking for a place to stay, and as we accidentally came across this option - book! Living in a cozy courtyard of a private house is much more pleasant than neighboring residential complexes!

A wonderful apartment and an amazing host! The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and is located in a very convenient and beautiful part of the city. Everything necessary was provided—shower gels, shampoos, clean towels, and bed linens. Tatyana is a very responsible and friendly host, responding quickly and helping with any questions. I definitely recommend it and will certainly come back!
