Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sukmajaya

There is a swimming pool, a gym, and the residential complex also has a shop and coffee shops. If you walk a little, there is a large shopping center. We enjoyed it very much. We never regretted staying in this house for a month. We recommend it to everyone. And I would also like to note the fact that the owner is a good person. When we left, we forgot the laptop. Pak Yusak's apartment is clean and tidy there are 2 large rooms and a sofa bed complete kitchen equipment and there is a washing machine too although this unit is quite old, it looks like the unit is well maintained highly recommended for a place to stay during holidays in jakarta with family

Great studio, super clean and with strong WiFi. Location was ideal. Putri was very helpful and responsive. There were lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. WOW! The apartment is amazing! Floor to ceiling windows in the master and living room helped make the place feel open and large. High ceilings and all of the custom lighting and design/wood accents made this place feel very luxurious. The TV is huge and the beds were comfy. No bugs or ants here either! Plus the roof infinity pool and common spaces were well designed and decorated. The reception team was always helpful accepting deliveries, food, getting things sent out and clothes laundered. It was like having a concierge! I definitely recommend staying here!

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Nice place and nice host

I feel lucky to have a comfortable, pet friendly homestay and a location close to the Cultural Park where my husband and I participated in the Bogor Run event. The house is quite large, airy with many window openings, and gets sunlight in the morning. There are books to read and organ instruments that can be played if there is free time. Complete kitchen equipment, bar model dining table with a high chair that is quite aesthetic.

The location is good, not too far from AEON Sentul. The place has huge living room and dining room. Thanks Ariek and Pak Sopandi.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Super comfy and private, but still close to lots of fun spots and the food places I wanted to try out. The host was really quick to respond whenever I had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chill weekend around BSD

Near to central jakarta, good neighborhood.

Lung was super responsive—literally always there when I needed something. The room was so clean and even better than I expected. The location wasn’t perfect, but I had a bike, and Lung even helped me get a parking membership, which was a lifesaver. The Wi-Fi glitched once, but he fixed it fast. Honestly, I’d totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It is also very spacious, has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and another with a shower. Two bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate laundry room. It is clean and well-equipped. There was a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy it in the store, which was very kind of the hosts and very convenient for us. The apartment is connected to the mall which is great too. Mr. Fuad was very kind and met us himself, although there is a self-check in service too. He met us and showed us the apartment, explained some details around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
