I immediately fell in love when I arrived at my place! I was warmly welcomed by Wilanda and carried my bags to my room. Right after this, Wila made me the best coffee in Torja! surprise me when I heard that there is a traditional Finnish sauna, I appreciate this a lot. my being easy also made by Wilanda speaking good English! Wila's mother was warm and sweet. Wilanda was a really good tour leader and told me everything I wanted to hear and a little more. This place was like a second home for me! Highly recommend.

He had an awesome time staying at Reconnect with my wifey&kid. Friendly staff, amazing diving & snorkeling spots in the middle of nature was everything we needed. Highly recommended. We will surely return, thank you everything!

Fantastic value for money - probably the best I have experienced for the price! The cabin is spacious with a comfortable bed and mosquito net. The bathroom is also huge! The balcony faces out onto the rice fields and is extremely scenic. It's also well located just 10 minutes from town, even though it feels like you're away from everything in nature. The internet worked really well. It did cut out sometimes but someone always fixed it promptly. We were able to arrange a scooter rental for 100k/day. Laundry was 50k for as many loads as we needed. We got a bit hot at one point and requested a fan, which was then provided. Overall excellent place to stay! Highly recommend

We stayed only for 2 days but quite enjoyed the house. Mr Sukamto gave a very clear guidance about arrival route. and our co-host, Mr Roland was waiting there in advance. Mr. Roland checked in us every day to see if we need anything for help. Very considerate and kind. 100% recommend Sukamto's house if you decide to visit Tomohon.

I arrived early in the morning when I took the night bus, but it was very helpful because they accommodated early check-in and the bus stopped in front of the villa.Upon arrival, the barista owner helped me with a coffee brewed and helped me assemble my itinerary in Toraja, so I was able to go around smoothly. At night, they prepared a cold beer in the kinkin, so I enjoyed drinking and singing karaoke every night. There was a wood-burning sauna, and I was allowed to use it, but it was still unfamiliar with the smoke and the temperature did not increase, but I think I will understand the tricks after several attempts. To be honest, the accommodation had no hot water, there was no sink, and there was no mirror in the washroom, so it was difficult to shave, or the water splashed the toothpaste, so it was difficult to use.But in the future, the owner said he would fix it, so I want to expect it. In addition, if you are interested in the culture of Toraja, the owner has a strong sense of love, and has a wealth of knowledge about the culture of Toraja and knows the dates of the unique funeral ceremony in this region, so I would like you to enjoy your trip to Toraja from here.

Definitely, the best deal you can get if you visited Makassar for a short vacation. Also, I heard you’ll get a special discount if you stay more than a week. We had the absolute best time at Reconnect. Highly recommend. The Airbnb is a super comfortable villa in a very small resort on a private island in Sulawesi, basically paradise. The team (servers, kitchen, activities, hosts Thomas and Fate) truly took care of us and ensured every detail was covered. There is a beautiful, huge house reef (yes, house coral reef) just outside your villa door. The dive center is excellent — great dive master Indra and instructor Djamal, high quality, new equipment, nice dive boat and crew, great visibility with not much currents. I did my first ever dive here (“discover scuba”) and I’m hooked. My partner (75+ dives) also had very fun dives. The snorkeling is also excellent because many of area reefs (incl house reef) are shallow (1-3 meters) and very clear to see from the surface. The food was super tasty and fresh. Great for even a vegan and gluten free traveler. Not many mosquitos or other bugs, very surprising compared to Bali. We will be back!
