The apartment is well tidy and has everything you need, with plenty of space to enjoy. It was very clean and in order. Fábio's instructions helped a lot and I would come back for sure!

Daniele's accommodation is impeccable, very beautiful, organized, clean, with everything you need to make a birthday celebration. It had around 30 people and everyone said “how did you find this place?” Impressed. The homemade Joel also very helpful. I rented it for the day of the party but in the end I also stayed overnight with my family. The mattresses, blankets, kitchen items were all as in the pictures and available. It was a wonderful stay. I will definitely return!

The house is amazing, it was clean, smelling and all tidy. It has all the necessary utensils, and a great gourmet area. The swimming pool had warm water which made us enjoy even more. The neighborhood is super quiet, which allowed us to rest. I'll definitely come back more often.

The house was organized at the time of check-in! - The space has only a small freezer in the barbecue area and the fridge area, which may be limited to those who stay for more days. - The Wi-Fi signal did not reach the most distant rooms well. - The refrigerator door is not closing properly. - In the pool area, we miss a parasol. - The intercom does not work, which required us to go down whenever someone arrives- which can be a bit inconvenient for groups arriving at different times. In general, the house is very good and has met our needs. With small adjustments and preventive maintenance, the experience can become even better!

Marcelo received us super well! We feel super welcomed in your home. The bedroom and bathroom were great. The quiet house. I safely left my car in the condo. Chayene's place was great! We spent 2 months there and were very comfortable. We cooked most nights but there are some great restaurants. There are a few walkable options for groceries. Every time we needed something Chayene was responsive and attentive. The neighborhood is good and safe and we felt secure in the building that has a 24 hour security guard who were all friendly. The place was a great value and we would definitely stay there again.

The simple condominium in a building with several blocks and stairs but great access by app that we requested, especially for those who would like to stay near the airport. Only when we left, we were more attentive because there is no doorman and we were outside waiting for Uber and we did not know the area but Uber arrived soon.
