The apartment is simply wonderful. In addition to being beautiful and super cozy, it is extremely well taken care of and the condominium itself only has a number of leisure options. The location is also great, in the heart of Americana, with everything close by. Beatriz is an exceptional host, very helpful and organized. Provides all instructions clearly and objectively. Besides being very friendly. Without a doubt one of the best places to stay in Americana. On future trips, I'll be staying again without a second thought. If it were a hotel it would be 6 stars!

Very well located apartment, extremely clean and comfortable. The shower is great and the kitchen is super well equipped, with everything I needed during the stay. Reginaldo was always very attentive and helpful, responded quickly and helped with all questions. I would definitely host again!

The apartment is very nice , garage easy access with valet, great rooftop pool. HiFi is very good , great bed, with high quality bedding, bath towel and even liquid soap. very clean and great host. Air in the living room is in the bedroom and very good refrigerator. The only thing I would recommend is that they put a key on the bedroom door for greater privacy in the case of a couple sleeping in the bedroom and a child sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.

The place was very clean and organized. It is new and modern. Has all the amenities you need for cooking common meals. It is a block or two away from bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores.

Helô is a helpful and agile host! During our stay we met with patience and accuracy, contributing to our well-being. The house is as shown in the pictures, with quality furniture and equipment. The condominium is great, quiet and well organized. I had a great experience!

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. My stay at the house was wonderful! Bethania was extremely receptive and attentive, always available and full of good local tips. The house is beautiful, well ventilated, organized and full of details thought out with affection. As a bonus, it is surrounded by the tranquility of nature. The location in Barão Geraldo is great, with access to public transportation and Uber, as well as a market and other amenities nearby. Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very well decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things that you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!
