Holiday rentals with a patio in Summerlin, Las Vegas

We really enjoyed our stay at Greg’s place. The kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy for us to cook dinner several times during our 9 night stay. We took full advantage of the swimming pool, using it nearly every day, and the heated hot tub was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Red Rock National Park, is just under a 20 minute drive away, it was a highlight that we visited multiple times. Greg was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return.

Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

This is our second time staying at Miko’s place and it did not disappoint, we stayed for almost a month last time and a few days this time and we felt at home. Miko is extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Had a great night at this stay. It was peaceful, clean, and easily accessible. The host was very accommodating on short notice and provided clear and concise instructions. Will definitely stay again if I get a chance!

The home was perfect for our family of four. The location was great, 2 miles from a grocery store and Starbucks. 7 miles / 20 minute drive to the strip. I enjoyed all of the extras such as the ping pong table, beach towels by the pool, the kitchen accessories, the pool and hot tub. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Tina was great at check in, I had a few questions and she was very prompt. A great stay and we thoroughly enjoyed the property. I would recommend staying here if you would like a clean and quiet house away from the commotion of the strip.

House was amazing the back yard with the pool and all the outdoor games was my favorite. Nice neighborhood. Loved everything about this house inside and out.

we stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend. The house was spacious and clean. David, the host, was very responsive! Our favorite was the outside patio and pool! Every morning I went for a walk and felt safe in the area. I highly recommend staying here.

This is the perfect house to stay in Vegas! Especially if you are looking for an home away from home that is off the main strip. Everything was so close but the location was quiet and peaceful. The house was super comfortable and we felt right at home. It was very clean and well taken care of. Will stay here again!

I had an amazing time staying at this gorgeous home in Las Vegas! The owner was super quick to respond and made the booking process really easy. The beds were so comfy, which was perfect after our busy days. Plus, the home was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful escape while still being close to all the action. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great Vegas experience!

We had a wonderful stay here! Property looks exactly like the photos. House is very clean, open and spacious. Backyard patio was lovely and useable, even in the extreme heat. Kids loved the pool and foosball tables. Kitchen was nicely stocked with basic essentials and the furniture throughout the house was comfortable. Roxana was very friendly and communicative before and during our entire visit. My only small suggestion for improvement would be to swap out the cool temperature, white light LED bulbs that are used throughout the house with warmer temperature LED bulbs. It’s such a beautiful home, but in the evening when the lights are turned on, the harsh white lighting made the home look cold and somewhat uninviting.

We had a perfect stay while attending a conference at the MGM. Everything was smooth from booking to check-in and throughout our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped, and our hosts were communicative and helpful.

The condo was very spacious and had a beautiful view of Vegas, clean amenities, hot water, and cool AC! Khalida was very responsive and met all our needs will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!

Everything was perfect from the time we checked in, to the time we checked out. Irene was very responsive and extremely friendly. The staff at the location were helpful and very personable. The suite was beautiful. The view was amazing. Everything in person looked exactly like the photos. The room was very clean. There were so many amenities in the room, it made you feel at home. I would 100% recommend staying here!

We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The space was spotless, cozy, and just like the photos—but what made it unforgettable was the host’s warmth and thoughtfulness. She surprised us with balloons, wine, and sweet gifts that instantly made us feel celebrated. Her communication was amazing and she even checked in after our first night to make sure we had everything we needed. One of the best tips she gave was to order room service for pickup—it was so convenient and let us enjoy our time without rushing around. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. We felt cared for every step of the way and will definitely be coming back. So grateful for such a special experience!
